I'm doing this as im dating and cutting man off i politely tell him we just aren't aligned and I don't want to waste our time. The I file their name in my notes of why I broke it off. "Making me feel unsafe" "tearing me down consistently after I addressed it" "drug and alcohol addiction" " toxic red pill thinking" "possible gf inconsistent" "trying to guilt trip me into segg multiple times after addressing im not comfortable" ive been an extreme introvert with social anxiety most of my life. Im breaking out of all that and becoming renewed. Im willing to go on 1000 first dates to meet my husband. I 100% believe I'm going to be married one day, and I 100% believe I'll have that good group of female friends to build and vacation with. But it's all about getting into position. Even as a single mom I'm out the house when my kids are at school. I'm finding different coffee shops to work on my business or read a book. On Thursday is my self-care Thursday, so it can be anything from a beauty appointment or buying something. For example last week I had the new Christmas drink at star bucks in a small and afterwards I went to the mall and bought a belt from forever 21 for $6. So this doesn't have to be expensive. Ive lost 45 pounds so this was a reward because at first I couldn't fit anything in there. I went from a 3xl to now wearing a L. Saturday is solo date day it may be going to karaoke night, go to the jazz lounge, or I'll find groups on meetup i found one that has a domino night and karaoke. I don't drink or smoke but I'm still having good fun. Ive also joined financial literacy clubs and entrepreneurs clubs because I can benefit but I also know men attend them as well. I learned about meetup from Tony, and having a daily "out the house" schedule from him too. A marriage with a good man is now a need for me. I'm 100% fine without it but I’ve matured enough to know a good man is a blessing and I need to become the person who I desire to be as well. Im tired of not getting all that life has to offer

The wife/ woman should give it a year. If he doesn’t decide to reconcile/ seek counseling after that year, the wife should file for divorce. Men do this to keep you in limbo and date other women while not letting the wife go, preventing her from moving on. You have to force his hand. One year is maximum time for him to decide

Thank you sir Gaskins, this was my Q and comment; I even moved on after 6/7+ years (got into a relationship intentionally for marriage, look good, workout) and was ofcourse traumatised by the constant back and forth with the lawyers, wanting to run from my ex. Analysing that relationship as you did was something I did not do, looking back. True; love does not hurt. The intentional relationship failed after a year, but I did not continue to date nor focus on being super busy and travelling, but did focus on my physical. It's SUPER important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable working with whether that's a female or male. If you're uncomfortable with a male due to the assault then ask for a female.
