It'll help u build muscle memory and ultimately make it harder to lose the ball. If you lose the ball then you'll either have to tussle for it or hustle back on defence

The more you work on your game the better you will get. Real situations test how long you been woking and perfecting your craft. so if you do not have success in a real situation you know you have to go back and get more work in.
