Always start out ball handling first, the rest don’t matter
@cantguardxotic Жыл бұрын
@@nickgietzen-xl6hlthey do matter but ball handling is the most important as it is the hardest to improve on. well it’s up there with shooting. once you improve ball handling, your finishing and post moves get better.

also depends on the age, unless you are already naturally gifted on being a knock down shooter, being able to handle and control the ball perfectly before trying to get shifty and learn on finishing types and pickups

I’m confused as to what counts as a defender reacting. Is it if they try to cut your driving angle off by shifting laterally, or is it when they switch their top foot?
@Keyxn13 ай бұрын
If they cut you off before u can drive then counter but if u still have a angle and can see the basket then drive. And if they back up of your move then pull up
@Keyxn13 ай бұрын
Use top foot when first doing your move , do your move to their top foot which will force them to open up and make the read easier

Hi Coach, just an idea for content. Love them all by the way. Can you do dirty moves edition like how to avoid them or something like that.
@bombie5549-c7j Жыл бұрын
you will probably not see this comment but here are some things i taught were good/bad about the video. i liked: the first segment of the video of how you went over the basics. the nba players as examples. the quick tempo what could use improvement: the second segment was very unclear to me about what i needed to "look"at or what i needed to see. the iq test dint explain WHY that was the best option. its like taking a math test but not getting the result back and only a number so u dint know what u did wrong. anyway i have been keeping track of your channel since 2019 and i know this is just 1 channel. i recommend my players to watch your videos's if they struggle with one specific thing. keep it up🥰🙌
@CoachFrikki Жыл бұрын
I read every comment my man. You make fair points. I got my own style of making videos. I try not to over-explain. I leave some things up to interpretation. You can watch the videos multiple times and find different things you can apply to your game. Regarding the "IQ tests" there are not necessarily wrong or right answers. The point is getting you to make decisions instead of watching passively. And seeing moves that work, even though the "correct" decision made was not the only option.
