@@XxAlyxXtheoneum because she said the word “cure” that’s how… it means you use a UV lamp yes. Curing doesn’t mean dry if you are doing your nails and don’t know what the word cure means, you shouldn’t be doing your nails then… or at least not something that is more complex like magnetic cat eye nails….. 🤦🏼‍♀️ so your problem is definitely NOT “them assuming you know all about it” but rather YOU needing to learn how to listen.. 😒🤷🏼‍♀️🙄

@that.ll_do_pig Either UV or LED. Doesn’t really matter. UV lamps emit broad UV wavelengths so it takes longer to cure but works on all gel. LED technology uses more narrow UV wavelengths that targets specific photoinitiators in the gel polish so the gel cures faster

after 2 days of trial and error I can confirm a HUGE problem is the magnet! you need a strong magnet for sure. i got a pack of 4 from jeff bezos and when stacked I get a very defined heart. i also did use a thinner paperclip and I think it does the job as well! thank you for sharing girl it really helped I was starting to lose hope🙌

My first time was an epic fail! But I soon learned that the magnets act differently depending on which way round they are, the pre-made sticks already account for this, regular or blank magnets you've got to work out which way is which.

I failed a bunch too! The magnet definitely makes the biggest difference. There are so many little things that come in to play with this design but once you get it, it’s a lot easier ☺️

It still worked! But I had to hold it longer to get the heart to form. I also felt like because the round ones were stronger, the heart had a sharper outline

NOT GETTING IT! If it isn't on a magnet, it won't work. Putting it on a magnet, though, the magnet moves the polish before I can turn it into a heart. Is that because I have to have the correct magnet???????

It’s okay if the polish moves before the heart forms. Are you holding the wire and magnet over the nail long enough? Sometimes it takes a little time
