Fantastic video and very imformative, I actually managed to get this event in the Astropaths Respite dungeon. Its absolutely insane how they incoporate the procedural generation to make everyones playthroughs unique.

I've been using this mutator with the Stasis Beam mode. Perfect. Freeze a target and slow targets around you.

Only has ads if you've got the minions modifier, otherwise it's a solo boss.

it works great on enigma because of 7 charges

7 enigma charges are great! But you know what's cooler? More than 7 charges! With a good mod build you can keep your charges up to where you have 14 charges running at the same time on a boss or elite. (Failsafe mutator helps sometimes.)

I believe it is within 7.5 m of you. Considering how many enemies like to get up close and personal with you, it still has lots of uses from the rolling guys to the elites.
