In this video I will share how I beat the odds and got pregnant naturally at 42 and how you can too.
The most important step to take is to optimize your egg and sperm quality which needs to happen 120 days before conception. Eggs take 4 months to mature from a cell to a fully developed egg and it is important to take care of the egg as it matures until it ovulates. When I was trying to get pregnant I had to shut out the noise and negativity that a woman in her 40's gets bombarded with.
I used natural fertility boosters like charting my bbt and high quality fish oils and CO Q10. I also was given a tip by an acupuncturist who is also a well respected fertility expert. He said that after your partner ejaculates lay on your back for 15 minutes with a hot water bottle (moderately hot) up against your vagina. This will excite the sperm.
Ways to increase fertility is to eat organic and non GMO foods, eliminate all alcohol and caffeine, get to bed by 9 PM and incorporate a stress reducing type exercise.
If you are trying to conceive after a miscarriage it is best to wait 3 cycles to allow your hormones to go back into balance. Many women are told IVF is their only option but in truth you have a higher chance of success by trying to get pregnant naturally.

The heat is put against the vagina after ejaculation to gently excite the sperm towards the egg. The best thing is to optimize sperm quality and egg quality. This is just another extra tip.

It's warm. Drinking 16 ounces of fresh celery juice in the morning will get you into an alkaline state.

I’m 36 and trying to conceive tried IUI and IVF did not work I want to conceive naturally now... had a IUD for 4 years in my 10 year marriage and had a missed abortion in the first 6 months of marriage. Doc cannot explain the reason for not being able to conceive, Fallopian tubes are clear but my cycles are annovulatory so I was on clomid before IUI and IVF

While I appreciate what Mrs. Lincoln is saying, and am not saying I know better or disbelieve her, I would like to know more about the science behind removing caffeine from your diet and lifestyle in an effort to gain better fertility. I'm not saying this is false, I just wonder about the effect that caffeine actually has on the body, especially the female body. Of course, less coffee/caffeinated drinks (though I fully believe that not all caffeine is the same), is better, but I know women who drink liters of Mountain Dew at a time that have many children, while I MAYBE two cups of coffee in a day, and my husband of 10 years and I have have yet to have any children. I know, however, that every body is different, but smokers, drinkers, addicts, coffee drinkers, people who paint their nails and dye their hair, people who eat fast food and have never tasted anything organic in their life still end up having many, many children without difficulty in conceiving, though these are all things that Drs and anyone in Nutrition tell you to avoid if you are hoping to conceive and are struggling with infertility, especially the unexplained kind. If anyone reading this has any info they can give me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for reading this short novel. LoL

Charlene Lincoln, Licensed Acupuncturist I appreciate your reply! I do believe there is some connection between caffeine and fertility, especially coffee caffeine. I am starting to cut it out of my diet more and more. I am concerned that it won't be of any help, however, as I have learned that my ovaries are covered in scar tissue which seems to be preventing them from releasing eggs properly, even for IUI. Any knowledge on how to heal scar tissue, since IVF seems to be my only option now and I am working on raising the money necessary to have that opportunity.
