Good day Dr. Uthuman. I am 50 and have been trying to get pregnant for years. I have been told from one doctor that I have PCOS, which I found out was not so. Then I was told to take metformin, but not diabetic. Then when I was in my mid to late 40s, I was told by another doctor, after testing, that my eggs are like spoiled milk so it’s too late to have children. Something I have always wanted. I still get my period (a 28 day cycle). Also, I spot brown before and after my periods. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

Try to see a fertility doctor if you can afford it. No good or professional doctor will express himself in that manner. "Spoilt milk". Be careful out there sis. There are quacks everywhere.

There is only one way to test for egg quality and that is the IVF. Unless u did ivf, the dr can not tell u that your eggs are bad. FYI

At your age it is not too late to have a baby or babies. See a good fertility doctor or IVF doctor. There are basic things you must check. Are your tubes open? Is your womb/uterus healthy enough? Is your husband sperm good enough to father a child, if not he can work to make it healthy enough. Then your egg quality. Try to see an IVF doctor as soon as possible, especially if you can afford it. Fertility blessings to you dear.
