Thank you so much for this video @Dr Amarachi Ijeoma, just what I've been waiting from u 🥰😍 I have endometrioma of about 2.9cm at th left ovary. I've not physically seen my ovulation for the past 8months which makes it difficult for me to actually know if am still ovulating without seeing or not. I've been following up with a gyne dr & she said exactly what you're saying. That bcus I want to conceive, surgical or medical is unwise at the moment unless the pain is severe so I shld keep trying. But the pain isn't that much though it can be challenging during sex, so I just believe I'll get pregnant soon by God's grace 🙏. Plus I did my hormonal tests & it's fine though am still to check my tubes. I just started taking folic acid & vit D. What do you think doc??

A day before my period started I was feeling pain in my abdomen them I went for scan, the doctors said that I have ovarian cyst in my right ovary is 3.1 cm and my left ovary is free. And he prescribe alkaline water for me to take for 14 days

Just had a CT scan in regards to a dermoid cyst: Here are my findings any thoughts? 1. No acute process is seen within the abdomen or pelvis. 2. Predominantly fat density mass in the right adnexa measuring up to 3.5 cm, compatible with a dermoid. 3. Cystic structure associated with the left ovary likely representing a corpus luteal cyst. 4. Question increased AP dimension of the uterus

Hello doctor i went for female _Abdominal -pelvic ultrasound scan and the report says that Everything is okay except the ADNEXAE/OVARIES: there is a multiseptated elongated complex mass with low level echo seen in the right adnexa measuring 79×27mm. Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
