Fun idea to consider, in ORAS it was possible to use primals alongside Megas, you weren't restricted to either or, so having a primal as your buddy + a mega of the same type could be possible and even stack XL chance, which would be insane

I prefer the shiny Primal versions over regular shiny Kyogre and Groudon so the energy is a bit disappointing. However, the new bonuses are nice and you can turn old good IV and shiny ones into Primal form 🙂

The type boosts work from the weather as their abilities in VGC are desolate land (harsh sunlight for Groudon) and primordial sea (heavy rain for Kyogre) and those typings mentioned are always boosted with those weathers in Pokémon go

Not sure why primal is getting its own dex tab but ok 😅, maybe they might add more that have never shown up , because in Pokemon lore a lot of legendarys are capable of a primal form , I believe dialga has a primal form that was shown briefly in a game

Hoping these exclusive moves are efficient in PvP and raids for being the base 130 power they are but not being like moves of the similar power like focus Blast or hyper beam, but more similar to starter Pokemon exclusive moves of Hydrocannon, frenzy plant and blast burn, as far as doing damage while require an efficient amount of energy. Like I'm going to say hopefully at most 55 energy but preferably 50 or even 40 but don't think it will be as low as 40

Also I'm excited to eventually use my maxed out Hundo Groundon in Primal Form in Mega Master league, going to have to use two elite charged tms on it but worth it for both Precipi blades & Fire Punch and non legacy mudhshot for it's fast move for efficient energy gain it will be a beast I'm sure in Mega Master League

I predict what ultra bonuses will get during Pokemon Festivals 2023 later. As I said, day 1 festivals will be duo mythical Pokemon Manaphy and Phione. Day 2 will Arceus elite raid. Arceus related with Hisuian region according to Pokemon Legends Arceus. Ultra bonuses will be some of Hisuian Pokemon will debut, evolve previous generations Pokemon to Hisuian region Pokemon. Palkia and Dialga in its origin form and can be shiny appears as legendary raid. Mega Rayquaza surprise appears as raid boss after Hoenn Tour ended.
