I hope I can ask this correctly. If you get half way between ranks and the Tuesday/reset day happens. Do you keep they the 50% you earned? Or does it reset back to 0%. So if your at rank 2 and make it half way to rank 3? Do you keep that progress towards rank 3?

yes, you will keep whatever progress once you’ve reached the threshold for that percentage. 1:29 for example you will be rank 3 80% on server reset

Yeah, for the current fresh servers we will be capped at rank 11 until a future date.

How long would you say it takes to cap each week

All depends on queue times. When I was ranking solo I would get around 15k-30k honor per hour. so for the higher ranks around 4-5 hours per day or 15-30 hours per week
