Thank You for your comment. You can use between function in the conditional formatting for 2 ranges. If you have more than 2 so you need to use multiple times Conditional formatting rule e.g more than 100 less than 200, Greator than 500. We need to use multiple conditioning formatting for multiple criteria

I got a problem, if the cell contain that specific word with other words in it it still gets colour change. Example : if write simply "Fail" it change colour if i also write "Fail work hard next time" it changes colour too, I want to change colour only that specific word "Fail" not "Fail work hard next time", Do you have any solution?
