My application was declined(company formation) But they will not give me a reason. They said I can apply again... But how do you apply again if do not know why it was declined in the first app, to fix the problem.

He did not mention you have to live most of the time in the country and need to get permission to leave otherwise you will not get residency permit renewal the following year

Great video guys. What would be the minimum ongoing costs annually to operate the LLC? Can you obtain residency for a non married partner if the LLC employs them? I'll be there in spring 2025, I can't wait to look at the beautiful country and investigate the real estate situation. As an Australian, Montenegro looks like a very appealing ex-pat destination.

Ecuador's problem is the cartels and their people smuggling, looks like the Chinese will need a visa from next month to visit their, apparently half of them have been disappearing into thin air and refused to return to china within their 90 days.

@@dovygoodguy1296 yes, the country is screwed at the moment, mainly since the us floodgates opened 3 1/2 years ago, undesirables headed to Ecuador seeking cartel/smuggling opportunities through the airports mainly and the whole country went down with it, including the electric services, but real estate is getting pretty cheap and plentiful there.

When you request them, there is the date of request on them. Every country can re-issue these two certificates on demand.

It’s insignificant so it wouldn’t be a target. The risk is rather a flare-up in the Balkans (Bosnia, Kosovo, etc)
