Bro, i just found your channel with in the past week, On sunday I started learning python, I already wrote a program that can generate a 24 hour notice of entry to give to a tenant, a task that usually takes 3-5 min now takes less than 30 seconds, I'm now adding voice command function to cut time down to 5-10 seconds. I am also a realtor, so this content is extremely relevant to me and exactly what I was already thinking. Your channel will blow up if you stay consistent like this. Idk. Not aware of anyone getting rich off making AI generated videos. Shoot if you do, let me know. Because this video took me 20 hours and I guarantee this videos makes less in ads in a year than I would make in an hour coding for one of my clients. I'd do youtube if you enjoy the long process of researching, writing and editing a video. To get money? Might have better luck at McDonalds there pal!
