We also have some major problems in the U.S. that’s another reason to eliminate all distractions in your life, I’m 19 years old dropped out of high school and checked off everything on your list, I have made mistakes but now it honestly feels good to make mistakes and learn, anxiety and gratitude come from the same part of the brain, you can’t feel one when your feeling the other.
