I didn't become financially free until I was 40. As a US citizen, I got a home equity loan, which had a lower interest rate than other loans. By being patient and careful with my money, I reinvested my earnings and avoided making quick decisions. This approach helped me build my wealth, and I was able to buy my 3rd home and a new car. Great strategy for people with money looking to diversify their investments. I know someone who has done this in the pricy Bay Area. She has great cash flow on a home she bought 20 years ago and is breaking even on a property she bought three years ago having put 1/3 down. Ten years from now she will cash flow better and her equity will be through the roof. She did the same for out-of-state properties.

I see no reason for stressing yourself over these things when you can get a finacial advisor . A financial advisor can help you determine if dividend investing is a good fit for your financial goals and can help you develop a strategy. They can also help you consider your risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and short- and long-term goals. Consulting a financial advisor can be especially helpful if you're new to buying and selling individual dividend stocks. You can also ask your advisor questions about reinvesting your dividends .

Cynthia Alexandra Depken is the licensed fiduciary I use for guidance . I do not think self-investing worth is worth it from my experence . Some may have no account minimums and charge annual management fees of less than 0.5% per amount managed. Self-directed investment accounts have the lowest fees and give you the most freedom, but the risks are higher. A safer choice is to hire a financial advisor and let them guide your investment strategy.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. When that emergency comes, they sell the stocks to handle the emergency!!! Please save a good emergency account FIRST!!!👍🏾 Of course credit card debt has to go! If you can’t afford to buy it in cash, then you can’t afford it…. Especially with 25% interest added on top of the price if not paid off that month

High yeild savings accounts are ok but when debasement of the dollar is 4x that yeild it's pretty much a waste of time. This is something that many rookie money theorists miss. If you made 20% in the markets this year congratulations you almost broke even.

Another advice..dont buy that coffee latte or water or softdrink or junkfood , bring it with u from home.. I promise u a cheap banana or apple with u from home is far better than a greasy cheap pizza slice on the go And think if u really NEED that subscription on tv socialmedia movies music or if there are better cellular/internet providers etc and u will have +1000$ to invest pretty fast. Most ppl dont realize how fast all the "SMALL " amounts u spend adds up in the end.."hey its jut a 3$ coffee or pizza slice"...etc most stare themselves blind on the bigbills.

He’s talking about debt like loans and credit cards (any debt that can be paid down and disappear) and use the money that you were paying those bills and start investing. If you are committed enough, you can pay a mortgage off in 5-7 years. Obviously bills like internet, electricity, gas, cell phones, insurance, etc… will always be there - but those are not really debt, once you turn them off you owe no one.
