I DON'T have any personal experience...but lactic acid products are heard to be good for ingrown hair....AMLACTIN -- dr.dray suggests this product...LACSOFT CREAM (don't buy lotion because it has steroids) is one 12% lactic acid pharama cream available in Indian Market....But becarefull with sun protection while using AHAs... Weekly gentle exfoliation (rice flour+ licorice root powder etc)and shaving in the direction of hair with good moisturisation and lactic acid cream might help...use body cleansers with actives... Better consult a derm in person...

@AARTI BIG NO.. try nutrogena salicylic acid acne face wash (orange colour; forgot the name) ( or cipla saslic DS 2% salicylic acid; I prefer nutrogena bvz it's more cheap compared with the quantity and no need to mind frangranceas its a wash off product) with a good moisturizer ( aveeno dry skin , centaphil DAM or bioderma atoderm cream; don't skip moisturizereven if your skin is oily) and a suncreen with minimum spf30 and frangrance free ( I suggest minimalist spf 50) For dark spots and pih you will need to use actives, which I can't suggest bcz I don't know how your skin will react... Nicacinade (5%) serums are good ad well tolerated by skin but I would suggest you to visit a Dermatologist... You can give cosrx snail mucin power essence (try trail size first from maccoron ; its an amazingproduct and works for all skin types) at night and dont forger to layer up with moisturizer ( I would suggest to layer it again with vaselline original (no frangrance) petroleum jelly) at night Try not to use any frangranced products ( I.e avoid: perfume, limonene, linalool, coumarin etc from ingredients list of products you buy) If it is hormonal cytic kind of painfull acne don't self treat ..please do visit a derm I person and take regular follow ups... yiu will be cured ... check if any food is causing the issue n avoid foods that trigger like milk oily etc... Home remedies: Sandal Wood powder + licorice powder + rice flour +almond powder (optional) + manjista powder ( optional; but prefered) Don't use toothpaste, baking soda, lemon, cheap aloe gel like patajali , wow etc, cheap rose waters from Market on face.. If you are low on budget: get facewash, moisturizer and suncreen...or else you can try cosrx also.. And do watch reviews about the products I mentioned before buying...

@#AKASH# ooh I thoughts it was a girl...but skin care products work the same on men n women... If its hormonal cystic acne then visiting a derm must be preferred... Else of its regular acne n if you don't wanna go to a doc, can be tried to keep in control using a salicylic acid facewash, with good moisturizer( very important and it should be frangrance free)and sunscreen( frangrance free)... I elaborated n told home remides n serums thinking it was a girl😅.... Anyway i hope that it would help him...
