Been there and have done it all, trying to figure out where the smell is coming from. I've had septoplasy, tonsils removed, and gum surgery. None of those things helped. You have to attack it from several directions. I have irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. Some time I have acid reflux, and slow digestion. I also have smelly sinuses, because of congestion and other things.

Hi doctor I have a question that doesn't directly have anything to do with this particular video. In regards to bone grafts, is it only used for dental implants or can it be used to stabilize existing teeth? Most videos and diagrams I see depict the tooth being extracted and then a bone graft being used to make way for an implant but I've also heard they can be used to stabilize teeth as well. I have a few molars that feel slightly loose but no pain around the gums and they do bleed occasionally but I really hope that they wouldn't need to be extracted.
