I have bad breath..no one needs to tell me. I know. How did I know. I watch people reactions when I am talk to them. And I pay attention to my surroundings I heard people/colleagues make fun of me. That’s exactly what I would do tell them in private. I would do it in love. I would not tell them what they do or didn’t do why they bad breath I would tell them to see a dentist. To floss and to scrape their tongue. Yes that’s exactly what I did with my boyfriend I made a dentist appointment for him. I brought mints, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouth wash for him but this is what I said I am not saying anything to but do this and that that’s how I approach my boyfriend I am going with him to the dentist appointment. And I send him videos.

Most of the time is has nothing to do with oral hygiene but the stomach..low acid..poor eating habit like me I am not a healthy eater unilateral now because I have candida bad bacteria on my tongue that causes bad smell. I am takin probiotics, leafy green vegetables, and no sugar or less than 23 grams per day. I floss every day 2 to 3 times a day. I used my mouthwash and warm salt water.

If its truly a health matter ; not hygiene; dropping hints and handing out breath mints just seems like an " mean" move. If you suffer from chronic bad breath; you know you have bad breath. Lets stop the stigma and judgement. If it were this simple and didnt cost thousands of dollars to diagnose and treat noone would ever suffer from it! Nothing against the Doctors; just hoping people would think a little deeper.... be more empathetic. Its hard enough
