In this video I will show you how to get rid of biofilms. Short video on complete biofilms treatment and eradication.
Biofilm eradication really requires a multi-stage approach. You're not really going to nail this thing just with one thing. Taking a pill isn't really going to cut it. You need to do a little bit more than that. Let's just go over a few different things you can really do to help eradicate biofilm.
We have to really prevent a biofilm formation in the first place. We have to really disrupt the attachment of the biofilm to the surface that it's adhered to. We have to also interfere with what we call “quorum sensing.” Quorum sensing is something I've spoken about in a previous video. This is basically how the bugs communicate with each other inside these colonies. For a colony to really thrive there has to be a lot of cooperation going on. Food has to go into the colony, and wastes have to be transported out. And they have to reproduce quite effectively, and quorum sensing is a complicated term explaining how that cooperation occurs. So we've got to disrupt this cooperation.
We have to modulate the type of biofilm. What we've got to do is shift the biofilm to planktonic bacteria. I've spoken previously about what planktonic bacteria and biofilm are. Think about planktonic bacteria or yeast as like yeast or bacteria floating freely versus the biofilm, where they live in colonies. What we want to do is shift the film into the planktonic type, so the immune system can really nail these little things getting around in the bloodstream. And we've got to promote detachment of the biofilm to break the biofilm up.
We have to disrupt the shield, the actual shield. So think of it like a glass dome and you've got a city living inside a glass dome. You've got to smash this dome, break it, so we can get in there, and pull these buildings apart. Mechanical and physical means and also there's herbal medicines I recommend that I use that are very effective in smashing the shield and helping to pulverize these buildings down. And then the last one is development of biofilm resistant surfaces. So what we want to really do is give a good course of probiotics to help stop attachment of these bugs onto these surfaces to build the biofilm all over again.
As I mentioned previously, people often with very low levels of beneficial bacteria that I see in stool tests are much more prone to serious biofilm formation. I see that routinely in stool tests. There are many different types of herbs that I use for biofilm eradication. And I developed a product for Candida, but it also works beautifully for biofilm eradication. And that's called Canxida Remove. It contains all the key things in it you want, and I'll explain more about these kinds of herbal medicines in subsequent videos. But you really want to get a good standardized garlic extract. You want to get oregano oil. You want to get grapefruit seed extract. You want to use different kinds of herbs that are specifically indicated for working on bacteria and on Candida, and they're going to help to break the shield down, disrupt the quorum communication, kill directly, eradicate, inhibit reproduction, muck up the food supply. Many studies have demonstrated the roles of calcium, magnesium and iron divalent cations in promoting cell growth and cell-to-cell adhesion in biofilms.

I had a stool test showed no growth of candida. However, my urine test showed a high out of range arabinose level. Therefore, candida overgrowth in small intestine. As a sufferer with a systemic problem I've tried these oils (and many other things) and have even temporarily gotten rid of the gut biofilm, but what always happens is that the pathogenic organisms and fungus quickly take evasive action and migrate throughout the body and return when it's safe, kill off the opposition (the beneficial you've implanted) and recolonize again. The gut is also not the only place they set up biofilm colonies.. How do you get to them when they're in your back, legs or brain?

Hi, I tested very high for Arabinose on a urine test, no candida in stool but very high in urine which basically means it's in my stomach/small intestines. I've had this issue for around 2-3 years as well so I'm pretty sure there's biofilm. I was wondering is grapefruit seed extract good for candida biofilm? Also, I want to start taking garlic and ginger into my diet but it's quite hard taking them raw. Will it be beneficial to take them in yogurt when I have vegetables etc.

You can take your garlic in a soon if manuka honey. Make sure you let the garlic sit out for 10mins after crushing or cutting it this will help release the allicin. Ginger can be taken as ginger shot with celery or cucumber in a juice Hope this helps 😊

Thank you for making this video! I got tested with a comprehensive stool test and they found a pathogen of Klebsiella pneumoniae, with high amounts of E.Coli and Citrobacter freundii ( and some missing good bacteria). This biofilm approach has started to help tremendously (Ive been suffering with widespread tendonitis and arthritis for 3 years, eye floaters, ringing in the ears, headaches, calcifications in soft tissues and fatigue). I've tried lots of different approaches but have seen very little improvement until starting with biofilm. I had to start with biofilm myself because my naturopathic doctor doesn't really have any experience with infections to give me any advice. We tried anti-microbials like Oregano and plant-tannins alone with no improvement, until I started eating raw garlic and had an AHA moment, when my ear ringing improved and my squeezing headache disappeared. I'm convinced this is going to be the answer, while also following your crusher diet. I have a question though about Candida, on the mycology section of the stool test it said "no growth". I kind of found it hard to believe I didn't have any fungal growth since I've been pumping sugar like a beast for 29 years. When it says no growth of anything under mycology, what does this mean exactly? I don't have a white tongue, or any another skin or vaginal symptoms of a fungal overgrowth ( to my knowledge). I guess I am just confused about the meaning of that.

Thank you ... I followed treatments and then surgery of the upper left lung following mycobacterium kansasii and fungus aspergilus fumigatus in my lungs. And after 7 years my scar made holes that bleed for 3 years without closing. Nothing appears to the scanners and nothing to the biopsy. Just change the dressing every day and wait. Daniel, you may want to brush up on what cortisol can do to your body - too much or way too little can have dire consequences for the immune system. Low cortisol = inflammation (immuno-insufficiency). High cortisol = low inflammation (immuno-suppression)

I feel like I absolutely have a biofilm issue and am awaiting StoolDNA test results. I had an Organic Acids Test done and it didn’t show elevated arabinose, but I had high glycolic, which would tend to indicate oxalates/Candida. I took a biofilm buster and my white tongue vanished and daily bowel movements returned! I’ve got low levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. So - can the OAT test have a false negative in the presence of a biofilm?

You could try a douche using borax. Just use a 1/8 teaspoon in 1 cup distilled water. Cleanse with it. Borax is actually boron and in small amounts will kill the infection.

Yes , I have mold toxicity (which is a fungus ) with chronic sinusitis and I learned also in a hard way not to eat or drink anything fermented . Some people can tell u it’ll help your inmune system or microbio but if you have any kind of yeast or fungus infection it’ll exacerbated the problem. The use of antibiotics could be one of the factors that can kill the healthy bacteria in your gut along with the bad bacteria causing the biofilm to get disrupted. However, generally, the term biofilm is more commonly associated with unhealthy bacteria. So, you would need to understand it from the context in which it is mentioned. @XxNew3rakiddxX Sorry, BAD advice here from you. Higher dosages of GSE work on biofilms, antibiotics destroy the microbiome. If the dosage of natural antimicrobials is correct for the person (which it almost never is) the results will be forthcoming, it's worked for countless patients in our practice. Antibiotics are just madness when it comes to treating gut issues like biofilm, you only end up in significantly deeper water. Most folks never respond favorably with antibiotics long term. Never.

I have a lot of biofilms. I’ve been doing rectal and vaginal ozone therapy and I also take serrapeptase along with a charcoal binder. I take the binder hours after serrapeptase. Serrapeptase disrupts the biofilm but the binder binds it up and flushed it out. One time I had to pee and when I was peeing man I farted and had biofilms come out of my A h@*e. It was a lot of biofilms floating… I also do red light therapy bed,so toxins come out from my pores cuz it’s hot inside the bed. Ever since I’ve been taking serrapeptase and a binder, I’ve been feeling so much better. I don’t take the binder and serrapeptase it everyday though. I should at least take it for one whole week to get a good detox. I take it like once a week.

Dr. Bakker, What do you think of the paleo diet for autoimmune diseases? There are many paleo-lovers claiming that abstaining from grains and legumes will cure any autoimmune disease and that one should forever stay away from legumes and grains. Your thoughts? How have you handled autoimmune diseases in your practice? I ask because I have a cousin who suffers from an autoimmune disorder and I want to help him out. Jay Guardado Chris is right on the button - you can start eating foods again, in my clinical experience I feel it is complete BS to tell folks to "abstain for life" from grains and legumes. That's like telling a Catholic to never go to mass ever again literally. Too many people I know have literally gone "plonkers on paleo", meaning - they have gone crazy about eating lots of meat and fat and NO grains. Paleo diets are like any other diet - just a passing fad. Here today, gone tomorrow. I've seen lots of dietery fads over the years (and have hundreds of these diet books to show) and this is just another one on them. Eating healthy is common sense - stay AWAY from the supermarket except for toilet paper, your next toothbrush and maybe some light bulbs. Auto-immunity and grains/legumes? I think most folks just need a good shake-up when it comes to eating and living in general, but to take all grains and legumes and and literally label them as "poisons" isn't going to see a world wide eradication of auto-immunity. I'd like to see more healthcare professionals take a long hard look at their patient's lifestyle, especially the affect of stress on the human being. It will change most h/care professionals way of practice if they did.

I totally agree. I felt incredibly sad at the thought of people never eating grains or legumes again! I've been reading about the natural build up of gut bacteria and there are some people recommending resistant starch or potato starch or banana flour as amazing prebiotics. They are claiming a wonderful growth of gut bacteria as a result. What is your opinion on this? You recommend eliminating starchy food, bananas, and potatoes at the beginning of your diet. Jay Guardado Being a 100 percent committed paleo freak is almost like belonging to a cult religion that "forbid" music and any form of dancing, (gluten and grains, etc). Anybody who "forbids" entire groups of foods needs to be treated with suspicion and contempt if they cast their net wide - meaning if they include this advice for most of the population in general. Some screwballs even claim that gluten and grains "cause" just about every known disease known to mankind, including herpes, brain tumors, insomnia, infertility, stunted growth, and loads more. Let's just blame grains and tell people to eat lots of meat and fat and throw in the odd raw kale leaf. Radical diets are adhered to by radical and fanatical people, just like some religions - it's all about belief systems. You'll never stop many folks eating a nice piece of warm crusty and freshly baked bread - it's one of the pleasures of life is it not? Yes, I recommend those who has quite bad candida to stop grains & starchy vegetables at the beginning of the Candida Crusher program, you are absolutely correct. But in time (as their gut improves) they will be able to enjoy these foods once again. Bad bacteria come from BAD habits - booze, caffeinated and sugary drinks and highly processed foods and all this fueled with a high stress lifestyle. Prebiotics are not necessary (and a stupid thing to put into a probiotic supplement) because eating plenty of fresh produce will build good bacterial levels by default, and cutting out the crappy diet and lifestyle habits will reduce the bad bacteria. It's been developed by an Oxford University Graduate and it is a six day course. Many people are claiming great result. I haven't tried it for many reasons, one of them being skepticism. John Bones i has the worst die off when trying this protocol. I found it to be too aggressive because it posses as a direct threat to parasites/Candida. It’s like they sense it and retaliate right away! If the issue is soley in your gut and your able to have frequent bowel movements and can expel them right away, then you should be good. Brewer's yeast is alive. If you eat it straight out of the packet, you'll give yourself a yeast infection. When you use brewer's yeast to produce beer, the concentration of alcohol slowly increases until it's too much for the yeast, and the yeast die off.
