For any nighttime application I usually recommend nightly for about a month and then 2 to 3 times a week after that. For the daytime taping (lymph taping) you can do on a as needed basis.

Is this tape toxic to the breast area.? In Kennett cause problems there

The tape isn’t applied to the breast tissue, just the chest area. If you are using the proper tape (what we recommend), it is wonderful for sensitive skin and shouldn’t cause any issues.

I'm just curious why the tape is being placed the way it is.. is not easier to pull the skin up, etc if you go from cleavage to collar bone? Generously curious. Thanks!

@Nikki Csukas You want the application to be going out (against the wrinkle) and not up (with the wrinkle) So by rolling the shoulder outward, it sill stretch the vertical wrinkle out so it is smooth, which you wouldn’t get if you went up. But, you could certainly add an additional piece of tape a little higher up, (so covering part of the original tape but then also getting new skin above), this will take care of any higher chest wrinkles. The goal is to hold the skin in a open position while sleeping on the side, which typically collapses the area. Hope this helps! Good Luck! 😊

It is all about the tape! So, facial tape is super gentle and will NOT cause pain when removing but normal tape will hurt. Please make sure to get the correct tape or it will take off skin. 😊 I love Spider Tech Sensitive or Kinesio Gold Light Touch, they are my go to’s for facial tape as all of the others out there are way to aggressive on the adhesive for the gentle skin of the face. You can also try it for the boobs, it will make a ton of difference. 😀

If you use either the Spider Tech Sensitive tape or Kinesio Gold Light Touch, it will not hurt. If you try to use normal body tape, it will hurt and I don’t recommend it for the delicate areas of the face, neck or breast areas ever.
