Thanks for the coconut oil suggestion, which I’m going to try. I’ve been chewing xylitol gum, which is helping a lot, but only as long as I’m chewing it.

I think I have burning mouth syndrome, can you please make a video about that. I think many people have some overlaps or are misdiagnosed. Thank you and greatly appreciated :)

I rinse my mouth with Biotene after brushing my teeth and before going to sleep I use a lip salve on upper and lower lips which seems to help me not wake up in the night with a very dry mouth

Toothpaste with Neem in it is also supposed to help.

@@vivs87 try a toothpaste with Neem in it. Just search Neem Tooshpaste. Also look into sea buckthorn oil capsules.

It happened after surgery on my neck . Can be nerf damage ? Is this reversible ? What can I do ?

I was reading about aloe Vera juice. Prickly ash helps stimulate saliva production. But I think my issue is the quality of saliva. I feel like mine is too thin.

The 2 drugs mentioned seem to be prescription only and each has significant side effects. I have tried the advice about using sesame oil and I have to say, I thng this will work for me. My problem is I have a very dry sensation in my mouth but there is no problem producing saliva. My dentist confirmed this also. No doc I have asked so far can figure it out.

Good morning Doctor. I see this as being nothing more than a milk issue. What percentage works best for you. In between is bottled water. Mouth breathing is a fact. Do not do it. I’m obviously not a Dr. For that reason I will not comment on medical issues. Lose weight and your dehydration issues will be reduced to a minimum. My girlfriend is a pole dancer and she’s a firm believer in acupuncture.

Good Morning to You! I always appreciate your feedback. Yes one way they are linked is that Obesity is a significant risk factor for obstructive sleep apnea, a condition characterized by disrupted breathing during sleep, which can lead to dry mouth in the mornings. Yes, why not be open to acupuncture, if it works, great, if not, thats okay, on to the next solution.

I would like to add, there’s always that Pavlov’s theory for over salivating. Have a great day. 😊

Wow, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
