I have been suffering from psoriasis for 7 years it was severe back then . I changed my diet applied ointments and stuff but 80 percent of my body was covered in dead skin flakes. I was depressed and embarrassed of myself. I tried everything but I couldn’t find a remedy . Psoriasis can be controlled but it can’t be cured . Firstly you need to accept it . I started thinking positive and believe it or not Psoriasis slowly started to fade away . Now my skin is completely cleared it’s been 8 months so far . Stress was a main factor for my skin condition I guess these factors depends on person to person . If you are suffering from psoriasis try to manage your stress . Do group activities,exercise feed your mind with positive thoughts trust me it can do wonders and it worked for me . Don’t lose hope remember what doesn’t kills you makes you stronger!!! Good luck everyone 😃

Suddenly about 5 years ago, my mom developed psoriasis in her hands. My mother was able to deal with her ailment because of this psoriasis treatment method named t.co/H538Tgshxk She used it for a week and noticed good enhancements. For the first-time in several years, her skin psoriasis is handled.

I'm having a bad flare now and I recently had a very stressful situation and am trying to calm my system back down now. Happy you are in remission. Blessings & Love.

Let me explain what a psoriasis itch feels like ... it comes on like your ultra sensitive to just about everything that touches you, depends, when you do get an itch, at first it might be tiny but before you know it that little itch turns into a major scratch down. You can literally itch til your bleeding and it wont stop, it gets that bad, you'll tear off a layer of skin before that itch stops and then it will be burning and stinging after, its a freaking nightmare!!!! Sometimes when you have an itch and you itch it, it feels sooooo good, its like coming in from outside on a cold day and your just freezing and then you step into a nice warm shower, and your like ahhhhh, well thats the relief of itching yourself but .... on the flip side of that, a psoriasis itch is like a double edge sword, it may feel great while your doing it, but then when you stop, your skin is freaking burning!!!! I have a description for this, literally it feels like this, it feels like someone doused a thick thistle plant with gasoline, set it on fire and started slapping your bare skin with it as hard as they could, so you feel this stinging, prickling, and burning sensation at the same time, sometimes it hurts so bad your gasping for air, like you literally lose your breath from it. Sometimes the stress from that is so intense... suicide crosses your mind, ya been there, it should be a tell tale signal to stop stuffing shit food down your throat, do some research and learn about what your eating and not doing. How to overcome psoriasis and heal it.....CHANGE YOUR DIET first! - Drop all gluten foods ----> bread, cereal, pasta, sports bars, pizza, ya anything with wheat in it has got to go!!! - Dairy get rid of it. - Nightshade foods, tomatoes, sauces ect,. - Reduce and or eliminate sugar from your diet its a drug, it also aggravates the gut. - Drink lots of water you need hydration! - Oils ---> eat fish, consume lots of avocado even use it as a lotion, get olive oil, coconut oils in you, polyunsaturated oils, monosaturated oils. - L-Glutamine take 10grams 3x a day to heal the gut lining, take it on an empty stomach. - D3 with K2, people with psoriasis usually have very low or are deficient in D3, so take 10,000 iu's a day of it with k2 vitamin. - Detox your liver, why? Because your liver cant process the toxins your body is trying to get rid of through your skin, so eat bitter foods which will relieve the liver. do the same for the kidneys do a kidney cleanse, even do an enema. - Boost your immune system, one way is fasting over 8hrs, eat omad or once a day. - Exercise daily! - Take probiotics! - Eat foods like sauerkraut as its fermented foods it helps with the gut bacteria which is good. - Sleep make sure you get sleep without it or less, the immune system dont function 100% like it should. - Get in the sun!!!! - Invest in Red light Therapy panel it does wonders for the skin among many other things, research it, it works and is proven! Heal the gut and do all these things and the psoriasis will dissipate at the same time your gut is healing, just remember garbage in garbage comes out, so eat clean and your skin will be clean!

@@dejabeug7042 Sorry to hear and late reply, but imo i would forget the doctors, you dont really need to know what it is, i mean if your skin has the scales, itching, ect,. then it could be a number of things, all in all if your not eating great, no exercise, no sun, no vit D then its going to keep reoccurring. The body knows what its doing, if the doctor had any sense they would question you on what your eating, what your doing, are you getting enough sleep, ect,. I normal doctor might tell you go to a Dermatologist which i had one tell me, after being there 3hrs with no answer, i did my own homework, all they want to do is give you a cream with steroids, or some other medication, basically a bandaid, hello doctor ..... its not a skin issue!!!

I've been suffering from psoriasis for about 12 year now, it all started at the age of 19, which is not fun at all, started isolating, didn't meet girls and so on. I recently found out that people with autoimmune diseases, like psoriasis most likely also have "leaky gut", after that digging a bit more I found out that L-Glutamine can help repair leaky gut. the next morning after trying just ONE dose of L-Glutamine, ALL my psoriasis flakes were all gone, had to vacuum my bed, so much skin flakes everywhere. Now I've been using L-Glutamine for about 2-3 months, in addition to that I've used Vitamin K2 and D3, starting cutting out gluten and dairy products and much more. I'm consuming a lot more antioxidants, obviously you shouldn't ignore a healthy lifestyle and a proper diet. I have a lot of psoriasis, covering maybe 40% of my body, not all of them are improving at the same rate, but some spots are almost completely gone after 2-3 months. I've never had as much hope as I have right now! The worst of all is that my damn doctor wants me to use methotrexate (chemotherapy drug) for 6 YEARS before putting me on another bad medicine. No wonder I have trust issues. But hopefully someone finds this and it can help someone else!

Also, the purpose of using L-Glutamine is to repair "leaky gut", which you most likely will have if you have psoriasis, you can find a decent amount of information about it.
@Zephyion
@Zephyion 3 жыл бұрын
There are two forms of L-glutamine. You can get regular L-glutamine in what’s called its free form, and it should be taken with food ideally for proper absorption by the body. The other type is called trans-alanyl-glutamine or alanyl-L-glutamine. It’s an amino acid attached to another amino acid. That basically means you can digest it much better. This is information i found online, you can look it upp too.

When the cold wind hits your psoriasis sores, it is like little pin sticks. Not fun. I have been dealing with it for over 17 years. I did not know about "leaky gut", but will add Glutamine to my list. I have found the following things help so much: 1. Tea Tree Oil - topical use. I use it mostly on my scalp but have been known to add it to my Equate brand of Cetaphil (in a jar not pump). The reason to buy in the jar and not the pump is that the pump has added water for the lotion to move through the pump. 2. Sarsaparilla - I am currently taking this in pill form, but have heard it is best to get the Jamaican root powder. 3. Ginger root - you can get this in pill form or in the produce section at your local market. I already take a multi-vitamin that has D3 in it but I always like to hear what is helping everyone.

My doctor told me, psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. I have one patch of it, above my breast. It's red and flaky. Pure -aloe vera helps the itching. Having an aloe vera plant, is most helpful. Thanks for informing us, Rimi! My friend takes, grapeseed. I recommend that when you take apple cider vinegar, mix it with a little bit of water. It could damage your esophagus, if taken straight with no water!!

I’ve had psoriasis for 9 years now and I have it everywhereeee in my body. 1. I have tried every type of supplement and oils and lotions and none of them are helpful in getting rid of psoriasis. The most they do is lessen the redness and the flakes. 2. The only things that help my body psoriasis go away were better sleep, less stress and anxiety and better diet. But that’s extremely hard to do. And once one of those are imbalanced, my body psoriasis comes back. 3. My scalp psoriasis never goes away even with all the medications, oils, medicated shampoos, sleep, diet, exercise. 4. The following help in relieving psoriasis: SLEEP, diet, exercise, stress relief. Topical steroids, Dove repairing balm used day and night, dove soap for sensitive skin, coconut oil soaked in scalp and body overnight, increase water intake, Take vitamins as well because every time I get sick my psoriasis flares up so bad. Refrain from getting wounds. So don’t scratch when you’re itching. This can cause more psoriasis which can lead to further infections such as folliculitis. 5. If you have hypopigmentation because of all the steroids, Niacinamide helped me with that! Do you guys have any other suggestions?

@andreal3239

@@IAmHisBeloved5 I do, I developed cPTSD 6 years ago, but I’ve done every treatment for years and while stress can cause a flare, it doesn’t prevent it from getting extremely severe when I’m mentally healthy, like it doesn’t get better when I reduce my stress it just takes away one stick poking the bear, for 7 years I’ve identified every possibly known trigger and treated them all to the highest level possible, I’ve tried every treatment including cPTSD treatment for years, including mental health medications (which did help my mental health) and it is still completely random with my psoriasis, it’s all I’ve done for years is try to treat it, doing tons of personal research and trying SO many medications that have done nothing or made things worse or on occasion almost killed me ive just tried so much, listened to every doctor seen several different doctors, but when it went in partial remission for 2 years there was no reason whatsoever that it happened, the couple things that might have helped the partial remission, I tried those when the remission ended and it did literally nothing, the only guess is it came out of remission due to heat - heat is a huge trigger for me, but the problem is, that was a year ago, I’ve been living with AC since to ensure heat wouldn’t trigger more, and my psoriasis isn’t better, it actually got worse, I couldn’t hardly walk for months because of it, so, I’ve tried everything, and I did find basically that I have a very treatment resistant type, I think my dermatologist gets Lowkey depressed trying to treat me, I figure it’s a matter of time for me to be recommended to a clinical trial or to be used as a case study lol, I’m having mild success with Cimzia protopic and turmeric rn but, my hopes aren’t high, I’m just relieved I can walk without my pain being too too extreme now ofc I’m never gonna stop searching for things, in a couple months I’m gonna be looking for a new Ayurvedic doctor, new psychiatrist, maybe I’ll try my fourth dermatologist who knows, but, I’ve accepted I don’t have any control over my condition, it’s extremely treatment resistant and works on its own schedule, it can go away for a year for no reason and it can just decide to make me unable to walk for months out of nowhere, I can only do what I can do, and I’ll most likely have it severe the rest of my life barring any more random spontaneous remissions, they say it’s not curable but it is treatable, and in my case it’s not curable and it’s almost untreatable, I’m very unlucky, and sure if you consider epigenetics and ACEs if someone had a time machine and undid my childhood trauma I’d probably have a better shot but I can’t do that so, I’ve done everything, it is what it is

Some other things that are helpful: pure tumeric (do not use concentrated compounds from tumeric as these are easily over done and can affect the liver and/or kidneys negatively), DGL, glycine, slippery elm bark cold teas, American saffron hot teas, fresh chia infused/gelled drinks, meditation and prayer, sometime chiropractic work, hemp oil, fasting for long periods (3 days minimum), large does of B1 especially in the Benfothiamine form, _injected_ BPC-157 peptide, and diluted apple cider vinegar. While I agree that psoriasis is mostly a gut lining/leaking gut issue, and diet and stress are huge affecting factors, sometimes there are secondary fungal/yeast infections that need to be dealt with. For example, when my diet and stress management were not ideal, I would get psoriasis patches on my face. Now I have a very strict and healthy diet of mostly whole plant foods (with a lot of foods that I avoid), and I've gotten much better with dealing with stress (most of the time). I don't have psoriasis on my face anymore. However, I still have it on my scalp, my knees and one elbow, and that is because all these areas had been highly damaged while having psoriasis. Had boiling water poured on my scalp (long account), and some pretty bad repeat falls involving my knees and elbow (motorcycle, heely'ing down a hill, etc). My diet and stress doesn't seem to affect these areas much if at all. But sunlight helps, and now I'm trying alternating overnight hemp oil (with some clove and lavender essential oil in it) treatments and apple cider vinegar. These all have some anti-fungal/antimicrobial action (and the hemp oil is moisturizing and nourishing). This is starting to help, and I suspect there has been fungal and/or yeast infections in these areas from not healing properly (for example, I didn't go to the hospital for any of these injuries, very little and very basic treatments).

I had psoriasis and mine got 95% better when I changed my diet. I suggest you start a Keto diet. Tell your parents that you want to change your diet to see if it will help your psoriasis. Keto will help with your seizures too. Eat mostly meat and eggs, with some fruit and vegetables on the side. If you crave sweets then eat something Keto-friendly with stevia or other non-sugar sweeteners. STOP eating: bread, pasta, cereal, cookies, cake, rice, nuts, fast food, milk, cheese, and especially candy. Occasionally some milk/cheese is fine but try to avoid it if you can.

It's a gut issue true *NOT* an autoimmune. There's 3 (internal) organs of elimination; intestinal, kidney & liver. A malfunction in either one or more will result in waste toxins not efficiently removed from the blood. The gut also can get thinner (with age) resulting in waste/toxins passing thru the lining into the blood. The body will try to push the wastes out thru the skin resulting in what's called Dermatitis, Eczema, Psoriasis

I am glad that the injections are working for some people. However, the last three years I have witnessed the devastation firsthand of what years of medical doctors did to my father by prescribing medication. I am not saying that doctors are evil. I think they are the exact opposite. However, there is no magical cure out there that comes in the form of a piece of paper, a.k.a. prescription. It Hass to be combined with functional medicine, nutrition, etc. we must come full circle. Not pick one treatment when there is proven scientific documentation that lifestyle changes along with medication have been so much more successful without the side effects. But I am so glad to see anyone getting relief.

I’ve had psoriasis since birth. I’m on day 11 of COVID so I’m not contagious now. My psoriasis BLEW up and I’m covered, head to toe. I’m so tired of dealing with it. I’m 55 and it’s never ending. I thought I would go ahead and take the pills that have come out fairly recently but have found they could cost $8000 a year. IDK what I’m doing, venting I guess… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Parasites can disrupt the immune system and cause inflammation, which may contribute to the development of psoriasis. For example, some parasites produce antigens that trigger an immune response, leading to chronic inflammation. Several studies have shown a link between parasitic infections and psoriasis.

Hey I appreciate your efforts and thought of helping people suffering from psoriasis . I do agree supplements help maintaining good skin condition and overall health but I want to correct you here. Psoriasis is NOT a gut issue and antibodies doesn’t attack in psoriasis .. it’s an Auto immune disease which means the immune system actually get confused due to wrong signals due to which a skin layer comes up before the existing skin getting dead ( normally skin has its cycle and new layer comes up when skin gets dead) but in psoriasis new layer piled up over existing layer causing it extremely sensitive and scaly . It’s NOT a gut issue . Please understand that . The real cause is still unknown .. it’s either genetics or can be due to environmental factors . I have psoriasis since I was 10 yrs old and now I’m 27 . Have developed multiple forms of .. started with scalp psoriasis (psoriasis vulgaris) to inverse psoriasis on body . Supplements like omega 3 fatty acid and other do support in same but every bodies are different . And it’s important to understand the reason behind it .

Love your video, when asked do you treat this from the inside or the outside and told both from a doctor, you must treat this from the inside first because that's where it starts from, I've had gattate psoriasis for about 6 years and I've studded this for years spent loads of money on the way so now I'm told diabetes his connected but I've been given a cancer drug which really helps with my psoriasis so no more blood, itching and left me with the blemishes I've got a life now and so happy, you have to have a chest xrays and blood test first but what a difference. Love people like you telling your story and I think it's better than a dermatologist views about this. PS YOU HAVE THIS THAY DON'T SO YOU KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE AND AT NIGHT
