Praise the Lord I am now 74 years old I never had puffy eyes however this morning I woke up I had huge bags under both eyes I am not exaggerating extremely puffiness like huge blisters. I never had a bag under my eyes all of my life until I gained weight. My boyfriend had bags under his eyes and he told me that it was hereditary. I ate when he ate and he ate a lot. I can survive on one healthy meal a day whereas he ordered dessert after each meal and that's way too much food for me plus I wasn't even hungry 😅 Long story short, we stopped seeing each other and that's when I started to lose weight and I was able to fit into my skinny clothes ,again. Only when I looked into the mirror 🪞 I had permanent bags under my eyes that were never there before. I even looked much older with puffiness under my eyes. So now I have fat deposits and fine lines on my face. I should have never followed my exes bad eating habits.

Yes. In my case cold spoons didn’t work Always drink lots of water after waking up / usually with lemon Do not eat junk / carbs rarely Today I ate digestive cookies lol Did not know about caffeine Anyways in my case I started to get them after loosing weight Suffer with insomnia When sometimes sleep for 12 hours because I will take piles I look young no puffy eyes Don’t drink alcohol none … So sleep sleep sleep and rest is the most important I think❤️
