The 'Canola' plant is actually a genetically modified version of the rapeseed plant. It derives it's name from 'Canada' and 'Oil' - Can - ol- a. It would have been more correct for me to state that the Canola plant in not found in nature, but created in a lab.

I started doing facial tapping, with my fingers, which has helped a great deal. I start at my forehead, and tap there for 60 seconds, then tap gently on eye lids, then under eyes, and cheeks, lips, on the lines around the mouth, (puppet lines) then jawline, and neck on both sides. The tappig is great for the lymph nodes, draining them, and it brings collagen hack into those areas, I do 60 seconds, each area, and I even noticed my eyebrows are growing thicker, and my eyelashes too. I have Lyme disease and this has helped my skin a lot, because the Lyme has aged me, but the facial tapping has helped a great deal. Thank you for your tips and information. God Bless.

You would be shocked to know that the government created Lyme disease. I hate going down wormholes it seems like the more I find out the more I get shocked. It was something they went after Cuba with believe it or not thinking that they wouldn’t fly up here. They also released these things in upper Wisconsin, which is probably where a lot of people had problems and nearby there. I am so sorry.

I spent three months in Portugal last summer, and my inflammation in my face plummeted after a month. I walked a lot more, was breathing salty air, and was experiencing way less stress, so maybe that had something to do with it. But, I didn’t intentionally change my diet. I would get at least two coffees in the morning and enjoy them slowly and go to work, walk to the grocery store for lunch and pick up things like vegetables, fruits, mozzarella, and cured meats. For dinner, I would usually get something from a restaurant, and I would drink alcohol, which I had been avoiding in the US because it’s an inflammation trigger. My joint pain disappeared, and my facial puffiness and rosacea went away. I still don’t understand why this happened exactly!

Great conversation about inflammation! I have heard really all overweight conditions ultimately are inflammatory states. A few things I'd love to add to your great list is putting castor oil on face and even eyes/eye lashes/eyebrows at bed time. Unlike other oils or lotions the castor oil doesn't get in your eyes. Also I started using a product called Green Vibrance-I noticed immediate benefit but within 8 days all my gut issues are solved and it kills sugar and carb cravings, makes giving up those processed foods with the seed oils in them a lot easier to give up. So great!

Went to Gastro: Told me to take IB Guard, drink kefir. Did that, got a little better and then bad again. Watched one of your videos 2 years ago mentioning how it was good for leaky gut. Thought, don't have anything to lose. So I bought it. Within 5 days, IBS gone. Been taking it daily, 2 x day since and haven't had an issue. Even when I travel and that is really when IBS is worst for me. It's AWESOME stuff!!!! Edited to add: I have a younger sister with Chron's. I didn't have her try it cause I'm scared since hers is full blown IBD. Have another sister, who was not quite as bad as me but had issues. Gave it to her to try: she's on auto delivery :) Worked for her too.

I got this recipe from a friend and I tweaked it so much now it’s my own . Enough water to the 800 ml line in a mason jar and pour that water into a pot on the stove . Throw in about an inch of turmeric root and ginger cut up in chunks . Squeeze the Juice of a lemon and set aside but throw the peel in the water . Bring this to a boil and then turn the stove temp to in-between simmer & off . Any of the following spices can be eliminated or use less or more depending on your likes Add : 1-2 Oregano leaves cut up ( I grow my own ) 4 whole cloves cayenne pepper Pinch or more cumin Pinch or more Nutmeg - 4 good shakes Cardamon - 4 good shakes Cinnamon * 1/2-1 tsp Turmeric powder* optional 1/2 tsp. Stir and let steep at that temp . Above for 30 min.s then shut off heat . add up to a 1/3 c. Apple cider vinegar and the juice of the lemon you reserved . Stir then Strain the liquid gold tonic into the mason jar using cheese cloth and a mason jar funnel over the cloth . If it makes more than the jar will hold you give yourself a shot right now ! I do 2oz. a day * I use organic Ceylon cinnamon it’s more potent & pure - 1 lb. Bag , U.S. WELLNESS NATURALS from Amazon. I sprinkle cinn. In my coffee, fruit & everything . Love it * SUNFOOD superfoods organic turmeric from Walmart online It’s not as complicating as it sounds once you make it and even if you change or tweak it , it is all good . Keeps in the fridge until you finish it and make a new batch ! Enjoy ! 🩵

Hi! I found your video so interesting. Talking about the consumption of seed oils you don't mention if it makes a difference if they are organic. I do eat a lot of them, but maybe they are heated too in the process(?). I live in France. I don't know if that makes a difference. I just ordered the Ion gut support as I have porous intestines. We'll see... Thank you for your advices.

Canola is another name for rapeseed. I live in Kansas, and we grow that here as a crop. It is pretty with vivid yellow flowers. The name may be made up, but it is an actual crop

Do you take the ion straight or mixed with water? Is there a taste? How do you remember to take it 3 x a day? I work so not sure how I’d bring that with me for lunch

Hello Kimberly. Thanks for another great video. I totally agree with you. The American diet is a mess. Many American's are obese and unhealthy. People walk around tired all the time even if they've had a full night's sleep. Many men look like they could use a bra. I think this is the result of eating foods rich in hormone disrupting chemicals. It's really sad. I can recall how deep men's voices were when I was younger. Now if I'm not looking at the person speaking, sometimes I can't tell if it's a man or a woman. I think we all need to start reading the nutrition labels on food and educate ourselves on what's in the foods we are eating.
