This guy feels so reliable. It’s so frustrating having to call numerous companies to solve an issue and waste hundreds or thousands of dollars when an issue should have been solved the first time. Any kind of pest or plumbing issues I dread - so hard to find a good solid company! Most of them are lazy and out to collect the $$$$$$$

Hey it’s me…Dianna from Cincinnati! Update of my Mice Issue… So far…We trapped 6… !!! We really did a mix up on what we baited our traps with and with a backup of the baking soda/flour, pinch of sugar mix and straight up poison pellets. While setting up cameras….only caught one mouse in action though, and that one went for the baking soda/flour mix and then the snap trap got it that night out of camera view… You said be patient….And we were…that really paid off! No activity any where…out side nor inside for weeks now… Sealed all outdoor entrance areas that we could….. Getting new gutters w / guards, and all tree limbs cut off my house that are from my neighbors trees, who won’t cut them! The entry is from the attic area….although there was evidence that something was in our garage and for about three days…ate the pellet poison. Not all of it though….And no action for two weeks in that area….with no other evidence of feces and such…. Need that neutralizer spray from you guys!….. We remain vigilant!…💪✊🏽💪🐭🐭🐭👍👍👍😊🙃😊 P.S……I wish you guys could come to Cincinnati and help me too!👍😊👍

@@TwinHomeExperts We found the most feces at and around the upstairs attic door…Which opens out on a remodeled second floor…Small door to a side small attic crawl space….We pulled all of our furniture out from the walls and took notice of any activity….The attic door was the entry…but from your videos, all that you guys talk about…Tree Limbs and dirty gutters and such. We have that issue…So….. And we caught three by the attic door and one over by my Son’s bed…. Which is on the second floor…By his pet birds!….Bird Seed!!!….We have developed a system for getting the birdseed caught under the cages and disposed of on a daily basis now….. Funny how they went for different types of bait and different types of traps too!…. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my home now. Thanks to you two guys!👍👍👍

Im in the U.K. I have rats in the roof(they are I believe entering through the cavity wall at the footings). The pest controllers admitted that 80% of the time rats in the roof is drainage so baiting and traps won’t fix as will just get reoccurring outbreaks. Contractors aren’t really multi trade pest controllers and plumbers here in U.K. I think maybe some switch from pest controllers to plumbers. the videos are extremely helpful as I can use some of the methods. In particular the inspection methods and the problem solving. The rats in my roof haven’t been seen for a while and neighbors had maggots and flies (I have seen some). They didn’t take the bait or traps as I’m this video they I expect were going back to the sewer. I can only think the route was tough. I will hopefully getting a cctv of the drain.
@TwinHomeExperts3 жыл бұрын
Hello Ashley! Hope your getting a handle on your rodent issue. Any luck since you have posted this?
@ashmanism3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply. No sign of alive rats . The local sewer company cctv surveyed the sewer drain which was all ok. The drain inspection chamber had some damage to the mortar benching which was repaired. Pest controllers recommend a one way valve in there. I have not installed one yet though. Had an increase in flies. Yesterday I had maggots coming out of the light fitting. None of the traps were set off up there but something died up there… Hopefully the route to the sewer is blocked.

I Was hoping they watch and it would spark some interest and encourage them to do a bit of detective work . Our experience with U.K. companies we have have used is SIMPLE They don’t give a RATS ASS!!! excuse the pun. They Take your Money 💸💸 put down a few trays of poison which clearly doesn’t work in our case and leave you high and dry. They don’t even scope your property like you guys . They Flash a small light into the entrance into the loft. There’s NO climbing on roof tops / NO smoking testing NO crawling into spaces!!! NO camera/ video equipment. Just poison bait trays and a few plastic snap Traps placed like 5-8 for a whole house . There here and gone in a flash and say call back in a week or two If your lucky that is. I wish there was a company like yours here you guys are brilliant!!! 🙏💖🤩
