I am also ripped, i am 29 and studied "nutrition" in 4 languages and guess what? The best answer is this. Meat, red one the best. Eggs, the more, the better, whole ones don´t be a douchebag. Some fish, salmon, tuna, the simple ones. Milk (raw from a cow) or non processed. Water, cofee, tea. Fruits, vegetables. Thats it. nothing else. If you need some carbs add Rice, lentils, pasta.

I'm 20 and I've been on a vegetarian diet for around 7 years now. I hate the vegetarian and vegan community and since i am part of the masculinity and self-improvement community, i am obviously constantly exposed to everyone praising meat. The reason i stopped eating meat is because of the animals + family pressure, not dietary reasons. I still eat a lot of eggs, drink raw milk, etc. I am really unsure of if i should start eating meat. The biggest hurdle for me is that my whole family is on a vegetarian or vegan diet, and due to their mindset regarding animals, it's impossible to eat meat and second is because i actually feel bad doing it because of the animals. I know that this will get a lot of negative comments like "Grow some balls" but i'd love to get some productive feedback on what i should do. Is there any meat i could try to see how it affects me (preferably eatable on the go haha)? Also, moving out is not an option right now as i am building a business and have to save every cent ;)
@jordancurran67379 ай бұрын
Hey bro - start small. Try a tin of tuna or a small amount of fish / chicken to start with and see how you respond mentally. Just even wait a few days to a week before you try it again. All you can do is try! Oh and make sure you are out of the house when you do it so the family doesn't know ;)
@kensureau9 ай бұрын
What helped me make the change was to think of it as "it's just nature". I was feeling bad for the animals too, then I realized I am one. A lion doesn't eat plants to be nice to the other animals, it eats what it needs to thrive; as every other species does. Nature is made that way, so why try to go against it ? I just see it as life now, while still having a lot of respect for animals and not eating more than I need (+ they're already killed anyway, might as well make it useful)
@Whoatherewhoa9 ай бұрын
I didn't eat meat for 8 years, I got a lot out of it as far as being conscious about where my food came from. I highly suggest you eat some organic grass fed ribeyes, some organic pasture raised eggs, and if you can organic raw dairy. It will do wonders for your health.
@julius.20039 ай бұрын
@@jordancurran6737 thanks for the advice, brother. A tin of tuna sounds good.

@@kensureau Sounds like a valid approach. What I absolutely hate, however, is seeing those extreme videos of how they get mass killed. I don’t watch these kinds of extreme videos at all anymore, but I guess the only thing I can do regarding that is to only buy meat from animals that have been raised well and had an acceptable life.

This investing in high quality water thing is the most stupid thing on earth. In fact, Pierre was the drink brand that advertised itself in the 1980s as being cleaner than tap water. In 1990, benzene was found in Pierre water. Not to mention the plastic and unnecessary mineral enrichment in water, it is simply not true that tap water in developed countries is worse than bottled water. I live in Hungary, which is in the Carpathian Basin. Hungary's number one natural resource is water, and despite this, the Hungarian people still drink bottled water instead of plain and ridiculously cheap tap water. Hungarian mineral water brands, by the way, way better by fae than Evian, San Pellegrino and similar shitty products. Szentkirályi mineral water is one of the best bottled waters in the world, but it is still not worth the 1000x the price of tap water. The only reason manufacturers spend so much money to think bottled water is better than tap water is that people drink twice as much water as soft drinks.
@alanalfan49329 ай бұрын
Your first sentence is fine, the rest is a nonsense explanation, go back and research some more and maybe you will find witch one is actually the best water.
