It's the reverb in his room. He needs more stuff on the wall, book cases and such to dampen it. Cheap sound treatment is an option also.

So I guy I met he was trying to get a hose to stop leaking on his car he lives in he give me his last 3.00 an split a gallon of water with me he has asthma pretty bad I told him to try gofundme he did but it's been about a month he's gotten 0 dollars last as of a couple days Go he has no family here in fl I think there all gone or no in touch hes a nice guy he's in tampa I dont remember names very well its Howard or Harry Harold something close
