My Appen acc ONLY shows Academy, Projects, Project Tickets, and Profile. And also all the projects on the All Projects tab DO NOT have the APPLY button next to them, so I cannot even start my first project for them to review. Does anyone know what the issue is? I've contacted the Support Team and I'm still waiting and hoping they will come up with a solution because the first time I reported to them their solution wasn't helpful,

I have the exact same problem. I applied for one project and now it brings me to "Ratterlabs" showing just what you described. It no longer brings me to the "Appen login". I believe I had what he is showing at one point but i cannot remember. either way the only thing i see is what you described. Have you found any fixes? Under the profile for me it also says "Your account is not yet active. Once you have fully qualified for at least one of the projects below, we will be able to work toward activating your account." yet i was able to apply for one job and take the exam for it. Please lmk if anything has worked for you!!

For most projects, your invoice gets generated automatically and you submit it for approval between the 1st and 3rd of the new month while payment is on 14th of the month. Please contact the project manager for more information.

Congratulations on qualifying for a project. That’s not true. You can withdraw into your normal Naira account from Payoneer.
