Hi, i had the same issue and i had to contact the crowd support with whom i finalized my signing in. Even now i can't acces my account with web site, i have to go back to the link the crow support sent me. So try contacting them, they respond pretty quickly. Hope this helped

You won’t be able to work all projects on a smartphone. Some will require a laptop, but some projects are specifically designed for phones.
