How to Get Skill Points FASTER in ESO | Skill Point Grind Guide (2020)

Some of the DLC areas have extra skill points in their story over the normal 4/5 in the base game stories. For, instance Gold Coast & Clockwork city have 8 skill points each. If you are on PC there is a great addon called Ulrich's skill point finder that lists all skill points you haven't done, so you can choose the best ones for your alts.

I recently bought all the inns in the starter zones just so my alts can use them as a wayshrine. All of these methods are what I'm using. I won't move from one zone until it's done all the zine quest. Great video

Do all above ground sky shards first, then do the delves. There are online guides that show you the location of each sky shard which will greatly speed up the process. Recently I did a number of quests in clockwork city which gave 1 skill point per quest and I accumulated 10 skill points very quickly with this method,

I would recommend getting the first 2 or 3 skillpoints from cyrodiil pvp since they don't take that long but after that things slow down, so it becomes less worth it

Pretty much everything is a must do for any new player, returning player, or people who are leveling their alts. Doing these give high experience as well, and you'll probably gain good levels just by doing public and game dungeons. Nice informative video as always, Adam. Keep it up \o/

Regarding Dungeons as skill points. This is why I start every character as a tank, then use the free respec at 50 to make the build I actually wanted. XP generators to unlock new dungeons are as follows: Run Psijic, collect (overland) shards and mage books along the way Main quest line for the skill points / XP. Random dungeon/battlegrounds. Craglorn for Nirn item. When level 45, cease all XP generating, complete DLC dungeons and aim to get them all before you hit level 50 and your gear turns to trash. You end up with level 50, about 200 skill points, 10 mages, 10 psijic, 6 or 7 undaunted, 6 or 7 fighters guild. Best method, not the fastest. I use public dungeons if I'm short a skill point, because they are easy to get to.

I've joined 3 guilds that said beginner friendly. I'm CP 550+ now after less than 3 months and still have issues getting into trials or groups. Cause the guilds just have "teams" that play together and generally expect the rest of the people to basically fund their trader. I tried joining a normal Cloudrest trial and even though I had 5x Sanctuary, 5x Spellpower Cure and 2x Symphony I got grilled on why I didn't have trial gear. Though I don't know how I'm supposed to get trial gear if I never get a chance to start at first without it.

I agree this game is very heavily reliant on groups. However, when it comes to doing things in groups, I try not to, because I don't want people to feel like I'm "using" them. So, I tend to try to do things solo a few times before calling for help or waiting to see other players in whichever delve or dungeon I happen to be in and then run around with them. For example: I remember recently there was some quest line I was doing that took me into a mini-delve place and I successfully fought my way to the person I was supposed to "defeat" only to die several times because he had homie with him and they plus him was too much for me, so I ended up hiding behind a hut that the boss was in front of (we couldn't see each other, but I knew he was there, but he couldn't sense my presence even though I was practically right behind him) I called for help but then another player doing the same quest showed up and we tag-teamed him into submission (avenged my multiple deaths).

Battlegrounds help level/get skill points faster. I can go in level 10 and exit at level 13/14 if my team gets top two. That's 3 or 4 skill points in fifteen minutes.

Man i love the battlegrounds. And yes they're an excellent way to gain levels and CP just by doing a random.

@@MrCabledawg45 Great thing about last year's Khajit chapter was Rimmen. Everything is there... wayshrine,bank, crafting stations, vendors, Battlegrounds camp. Nordville chapter this year is too spread out and too many doors to go through.

Learning mechanics and practicing a rotation is something you can benefit most from before you get the gear to do the builds people give you. This channel has good videos, including. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHrWYWmLjat7osk. Xynode also does a series all about mechanics. You can research mechanics for certain bosses, especially if you're farming certain dungeons and encountering the same bosses.

I tried them all, but honestly Im more inclined to exploration, building and crafting (Or other things that dont require fighting for half hour to collect 1 of them) 🤷🏻‍♂️ Since the game is account wide, you can also purchase all skyshards collected by other characters with crowns, OR If you are truly impatient, there is also the random power-leveling service online.
