hey hack, i got gear just from random drops from mobs haha one in a while ill get stuff from dolmens also i get the same results when i go in to the ports blackwood and dolmens and radom places and dunging it all random if u get it here great if u get it there great .. no matter were u farmed for it for hours here or there .. i was just lvl up my companion were mobs respawn and to lvl it up for a few hours and yet i got a gear drop and a wep for him or her YET , i can see hey every one come here to get gear ? i was like naa it will drop were ever even if 1 says it will drop more here or there BUT, to me it will drop when it will drop and it dont have to be boss fights not all the time i dont expected for it to drop at bosses or were ever IF it do fantastic ..i got a drop that was in a loot bag that was laying around LOL and it was a blue staff haha Lastly it will come in inspected places u u never think : ) MY TIP : ) just look random containers or packs if u dont get one in places on video ? look at the unplaces u never know haha

Tbh. The 2 things I hate most about the elder scrolls. Is 1. There are no macros like wtf? 2. There is over 700 sets.....each with over 10 pieces each. An we have 400 banks space.......... Even with Eso Plus. Tbh it's bullshit. Banks space needs to be at least 500-100. Plus without craft bag....... This game such a Drain these days.

@@NoFocksGiven_ you have up to 210 slots per character. 480 slots in the bank with eso + and 360 slots in chests you can place in your house. That is 210 + 480+ 360 = 1,050 available just on one character. Add a character and get up to an additional 210 slots.

You stated that sometimes bosses "stop dropping loot", I believe I know the reason for this. Something I have noticed when camping a boss...If i am the only one camping a boss, I kill it, it takes a few minutes (3-5) to respawn. I always get loot when i am camping a boss by myself. If i am camping a boss and kill it, then 30 seconds later some player on a quest comes to the boss area, the boss will respawn for that player and I will get no loot from killing it. I believe there is a loot timer built into the game and it affects us individually depending on how long it has been since we last killed the mob in question.

Eldon Hollow 1 is a good one, just a side note if you enter the room with the plant Boss (being dead and spirit form) it will NOT come out of the ground making it EASY and quick to kill.

Biggest advantage of group dungeons that you didn't mention: while they are soloable, you can also bring a friend and make it super fast. Me and a friend did 3 runs of FG1 with our companions, each run took about 4-5 minutes and we each got 1-2 drops per run, I even got 2 blues

Solo-ing dungeons was already my go to when the companions gear were going to be released. Basic dungeons on normal and veteran. Veteran because I feel like the purples would have to drop more frequently. Ive had 1 purple drop from solo-ing veteran vaults of madness

Since I had companions I just go straight to deshaan pick up my guild dailies and daily dungeons and run them on normal if they are solo friendly. If I have the day to play I can generally do this on several players. So far the hardest dungeon we soloed has been dark shade cavern 2. Interestingly companions aren't effected by the boss poison phase. And several other dungeon mechanics don't acknowledge companions.

Your companion skills for mages guild, fighters guild and undaunted are linked to the daily quests as well. You could grab those then level the skill lines as well as farm the gear. The more chars you have the better as you can do all 3 then swap to another char.

it is interesting to see that some players have options such as skills, backpack and other things that look like Skyrim, my TESO is different in the options much more practical, I find it confusing and not practical how you have the game in the options part, anyway, thank for the tips. edit: a doubt I have, I play with the companion Bastian but also have the other three companions, you use the others too or just use one ? my goal was always to unlock only Batian but then I unlocked the other three because I found the stories interesting. another doubt, my character is a tank, so my companion must also be a tank ?

You ask me, HALLS OF THE DEAD, in my opinion, is best if you want quick bosses on the map left to right 6 bosses is what I stuck with & yes, there is 7 but saying QUICK stick with 6. I bet if you had to make a list of Public Dungeons would be very hard to rate because there are so many of them. I am sure Halls of the Dead will be up there because it is so easy to loop back & forth. lol!

I have a question about resetting group dungeons. I have tried leaving and then going back in but the dungeon doesn't reset. Is there a trick or some button I need to hit to reset the dungeon? The only thing that has worked for me is waiting 5+ minutes outside but that's not time efficient.

I don't think you can reset it solo. Maybe with a group que. What I do is switch to Vet mode and kill a few bosses there (5 minute timer on the reset seems about right), then teleport back out and switch back to normal, etc. You can also just cycle between two easy dungeons, ie Wayrest Sewers and Fungal Grotto which will take you more than 5 minutes each.

When soloing a wayrest how do you reset it after your ready to run it again

Go out of the dungeon, switch dungeon to Veteran and back to normal mode in your group window... Do not always work if you are alone, but if you switch to another normal dungeon like Arx, wayrest will have reset once your done with Arx. last but not least invite someone to your group do the Vet/normal mode switch thingy and disband group.

Dolmens seem to be nerfed or bugged for me, most of the time there's no loot except for the chest at the end. Every 2-3rd Dolmen the boss will drop something, but it's not consistent.

Is this dolmen farming in Ailk'r? If so, that's not new and I've seen that happen plenty of times. It usually just means you didn't do enough damage to the boss vs. the other people killing it (say 5-10%?) Notably, you'll still get xp if you're grouped with others fighting it too, you just won't get item drops.

it depends on how many players are participating in the dolmen and how much damage output. if you are not detected as the highest contributor to the boss's death, you won't get the loot.

Would love to know how you are bailing after the 5th room and resetting Wayrest I? I hate that timer for reset and flipping to Vet doesn't seem to work which has been recommended to me. Also, the instanced group delves in Craglorn are a great place to solo. Mobs respawn, find one with a good loop, and it's all yours, stay as long as you want!

I just bail and do something else for 5 minutes. So I'll do a loop of world bosses or teleport to another easy dungeon and do a few bosses there. Come back 5-10 minutes later and Wayrest is gtg again.

Get a friend to join your group on an alt that he is not using. Changing dungeon difficulty only works if you have another player in your group they do not have to be online either.

@@alucard8433 That is great suggestion, but if you're a SOLO player who doesn't have anyone else... it's good to know how you can do this on your own. As HTM said, there's a five minute cooldown. Typically, when running City of Ash, I'll finish normal, then switch to Vet, run through the first area looking for chests to loot, then teleport out... repair my gear, and by then the five minute cooldown is done to go back into dungeon on normal.

There is a timer when you kill a dungeon boss (any boss really) until you can get loot from killing the next boss. This has nothing to do with Timothe the Sharp, just bad timing :)

I grabbed Miri as I created my main when I began playing a few months back now at LVL 50 300 something cp and I have never seen those drops, not sure about gloves too. I’m doing main story and side quests. Also doing Guild story lines. I do like 1 random dungeon every day. However I do lots of Dolmens and Delves. I play about 5 hours per day and I have only received 4 pieces of Blue companion gear with No Green or Purple. I am most def doing something very wrong.

you can't expect to solo world bosses with a group dungeon dps build. you need a solo build. search for mag/stam "your class" SOLO builds. for example magicka templar solo build. and your cp has to be allocated for solo as well. the average dps builds take into consideration the sustain you get from a group, and the healer/tank doing their part, so they usually cut out a ton of survivability for damage.
