thanks to both of you , i have been searching for this information , this video is a message for me that its do able to get ST3 training , it a request if you could explain long listing and shortlisting criteria individually , so that we can have a better understanding and please a bit guide for creating portfolio.

there is no specific criteria for shortlisting vs longlisting. as long as you meet person specs and eligibility criteria, you are longlisted. shortlisting for interviews depends on your portfolio scores and interview slots available

I completed my orthopaedics training in 2023 in india and i if im not wrong, i am over qualified for CST. You told, we can restart from the the FY2 and go through the CST. Could you please explain about this.

They need occupational health clearance
