There is a 10:1 ratio to craft any flux. Meaning takes ten (10) raw nuked flowers to make one (1) pure flux. Minimum of ten ( 10 ) to start at a chemistry bench.

I constantly need Cobalt and Violet for 45 and 5.56 ultracite. The thing that sucks is that the components are heavy in your storage, each of the hardened mass etc, weighs 1 unit. So to craft say 16 stable, you have 48 units of weight plus the unstable flux itself. So if you have bandolier perk, convert that stuff into ammo where it weighs next to nothing. Glowing Enemies get Bullet Spongy, Glow Sights under Perception is excellent and really speeds things up in hunting components. You also get Stable Flux from SBQ events. I do 3 a day most days, so I get plenty I don’t use. I sell the kinds I don’t use at my vending machines for reasonable prices.

I'm new to the game, got it last week, I just hit level 51. I need cobalt flux for my ultracite 10mm ammo for my SMG. I ran into a nuke zone in cranberry bog just to see what was going on and I was totally lost, I only found three gulpers I could take down and didn't get everything I needed which is what brought me to this video. And for any new players here watching this video, nuke White Springs first, bring friends on a private map so you get more ghouls. Why? To get the stabilizing agents first. Before you go though the trouble of getting the flora that will rot, stock up on items to stabilize it.

Once you collect them you have to stabilize them in a Chen station before they expire

Yes and the glass cavern..Has many ultracite deposits. Oh but.. Use your excavator pa. Enable your Green thumb perk card, and good with salt. So get them all within .I figure 2 - 3 hrs max.Then hurry and convert them.into stabilized Floura.At Tinkers workbench.If you cannot fast travel..Just get to the watoga train st..I believe ..There's a Tinkers workbench there. If not use players also.

You should have the recipe to craft all of the types of flux, but you might be in display craftable mode instead of display all mode, if that makes sense. If not let me know!

There is a a perception perk called Green Thumb that can help you collect the floral much easier! Then once you craft, you can use the luck card Super Duper for a chance at double the yield!

Inert flux is a consumable that is the result of allowing collected nuked flora (raw flux) to decay. Ideally you convert it pure flux before it rots.

The main idea is you harvest raw materials in a blast zone along with loot from the enemies in a blast zone. Then you craft them together to get the pure/stable flux

Try to partake in queen fights as much as you can! Usually the queen is pulled out of the rad zone so it is easier to fight and then when killed it rewards stabilized flux :D
