Love your videos, so good to see a Canadian channel. I live near Ottawa and the prices are quite different -some higher, some quite a bit less. I shop mostly at Food Basics, Giant Tiger and Costco for a Few items. Loblaws/Superstore is way too expensive here even with the PC points!

It’s crazy how regional grocery prices are. I agree shopping around is the way to go, I do use superstore quite a bit mostly because it is the closest grocery store to me but I mostly stick to the super sale items.
