on a choice page, in order to make commissions, you have to be an affiliate for any of the brand choices you click, right?

All you would need to do is add the affiliate ID for the brand you'd like to use into the Affiliate Page on your Geniuslink account. We have integrations with the companies listed which means that if you have signed up as an affiliate with those companies you can create links or choice pages that can take your viewers to those locations and you can still get paid commissions. One of the biggest upsides of using a geniuslink is the ability to direct traffic to the correct location for the viewer and for you to get the correct attribution increasing your own commissions.

So my question is... Do yo have to add all the links from the different stores, or does it do it automatically, once you have entered the Amazon link in? Like, do I have to then go to B&H and enter that link info into the system for that specific link?

Great Question! We have a feature called Choice Page Suggestions (intercom.geni.us/en/articles/4010119-choice-page-suggestions-beta) that will automatically try to find the equivalent product that you pasted in, across all of our supported storefronts. This will also allow you to search using keywords to try and find additional storefronts / products as well. However, in some cases we are unable to find any good matches, at which point you would have to go to the retailer, and copy/paste the url from there into our system.
