Tom thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. I am just starting out and your videos have been so valuable. I’ve got 2 questions: 1) I’ve just listed my first items and matched the low price but can’t seem to get the buy box (both against Amazon and not). I’m assuming it’s because I have no reviews. Any advice? 2) I’ve bought 2 products that are listed twice on Amazon with different descriptions and marketing but the same product with as big difference in prices. Is it safe to stick to the lower one or take advantage of the higher one?

1. If you have a new account and you have no good revies from customers, your store is less likely to be promoted by Amazon so that affects you from winning the buy box. We suggest you continue to match the buy box price and focus on mantaining a good account health, focus on items with less negative reviews from customers. 2. If both listing is profitable on your end. You can list both as ling as it is profitable.
