I've been following Dr Robert Morse for sometime now and I've known about the mucusless diet but I'm not a big fan of fruits and my country's fruit&veg quality has deteriorated so much that I can't imagine a life without potatoes 😅But I really want to try, I'm tired of being sick and trapped by food. I love the 3 quart enema bag. I use it for a very relaxing warm water water enema for colon cleansing and detoxing. I use 120 ml herbal retention enemas afterwards. I wear a thick large unisex sanitary pad for any enema leakage that may occur while retaining the herbal enema.
