I love mine! We live in a part of the nation where we get alot of fires. It covers alot of living area downstairs during the day were we spend alot of our time and it's HEPA filer does the job!

I bought this thing like a year ago to scrub the air in my closet for mycology purposes and today I just now realized I had to take the plastic off the filters 😂😂😂😂. No wonder it never really worked

I have this model. I've changed all of the filters and the sensor on the side. Still have 999 code it runs on high non stop! Nothing fixes this issue. A quick look at Amazon reviews and I find I'm not alone. One person came home to find her air purifier running on high and smoke pouring out of the back of it. I suspect there's some serious issues with this filter and it would be nice if Bissell would address this.

Yep, we had smoke too, they sent us a new one but it will shoot up to high, wish i could disengage the auto setting? Is that possible. Overall, it is a nice looking unit with big issues. For the price total BS

Awful product overpriced junk button sticks the particle sensor doesn’t work after 40 days of use it’s extremely loud even at the lowest setting i will NEVER purchase another bissell product.

It's a VOC sensor not a particle sensor. Also, if it's only been 40 days, make a warranty claim

I'm out of warranty mine runs non stop shows error code 999. Apparently it's a common occurrence with this device and I agree with you I will never ever buy another Bissell product. The quality is slipping. Have their vacuum cleaners but this was it.
