actualy they were obtainable all the time, also in watoga there is a third location in a bus stop building (where the robot crazy lady is) behind a level 3 locked door, but most of the time it is T-51b but i sometimes found the others there

Tip: Don't take the fusion core out of the power armor unless it has the armor you're wanting. Once you take something from the cassis it won't spawn again when you server hop.

The plans do help because without them you cant upgrade the lower ranking power armor pieces. So basically if you already have the plans and all you find is lower level pieces then you can immediately upgrade them at your power armor station as long as you have the materials.

Off topic but man I was able to buy a full ultracite armor for 400 caps. I even got a jetpack for t-45, t-51, t-60 and ultracite. Each was 25-75 caps. Took me like a whole week of going go to player vendors for all that.

There's no such thing as random drops in Fallout 76. There is however code manipulation. Many many things are set intentionally with a next to near impossible drop rate so that you keep playing their game for years and years. Ask any player who's been playing for 5 years and still haven't gotten things they should have got a long time ago.

There are five power armor’s in total in Watoga three are up top two are down on the ground one that you shown which is by the Virta bird one on top of the medical facility one across on the rooftop by the very bird from the medical facility there’s one on top of Watoga high school and there’s one inside Wautaga train station behind a locked door that has a lock pick a number three

Commenting on the watoga method. Theres a power armor spawn across the rooftops from the one on the medical center its by the vertibird. Directly across the road from the fromt end of the medical center

Server hopped about 15 times and finally got 3 pieces. I went CSA and ate glowing meat, cranberry juice, and melee’d the shit out of the two legendaries that kept spawning. Got lots of XP and also if someone was doing the Dropped signal event I hung around to get the rewards

In my opinion, T-65 is only worth the gold bullion grind if you want to maximize your characters resistances in terms of Power Armor. From what I hear, the difference is not that big of a deal so many people wear what looks good to them rather than maximizing with the T-65.

Yeah make sure to check all spots and make sure youre not reconnecting to the same priv server if youre using a prive server to server hop

They should all be there in the notes section! If you already know some of them then it might show up sorted differently. Another thing you can try is server hopping

Go up to see the computer in watoga And start mayor for the day mission compleat this and all the robots stop killing you and just go around like you own the place. And it works if you go there with someone that has not done it you will be ok but they will be attacked ah ah ah ah ah.
