did you use white wine vinegar? Would lemon juice work the same?

I use lemon juice as a substitute for vinegar usually but not with this recipe, it's got to be vinegar, I use rice vinegar 😋

I can confirm this! Caramelising the onions made ALL the difference! The only thing missing now is that smokey flavour (for those that have had this) but I believe you need a super hot gas stove for that. Indian is Awesome!
