Was recently doing the check for guys with no offers as SMU, found a 4* gem Safety in Kentucky wirh no offers at around week 8. I maxed his pts out immediately, and Georgia offered a week later and easily almost caught me if it wasn't for us getting a visit one week earlier. He wnded up being the only Elite dev player in my class or that I've seen yet. This method is huge when you don't have thousands of hours a week you can get a quick early jump on better competition as a smaller program

The hard sell is literally the most effective feature for recruiting. Once you lock up three things that they like you should be hard selling you get a crazy amount of influence. I have locked up people off of two weeks hard sell for 40 points and nothing else helps you save points

If you've already got the most influence with the player you can use a soft sell instead to figure out all 3 so you can sway or hard sell if another school gets close

I would suggest starting with secondary. The concept he promotes is accurate here. However, I’ve had a ton of success, moving run support safeties down to the box to play linebacker

The pitches help to get maximum influence with minimal hours as well. Soft sell is the value of send the house at half the hours consumed. Add that with the other influence options up to 65-75 hours and you can basically get top interest on a player after 1 advance. I don’t use hard sell though it’s only ten hours less and it doesn’t allow you to max out actions like soft sell does.

I’m pretty sure it’s based on how many players you have that are draft eligible. So if you have redshirt sophomores then the game registers them as a possible draft entry.

Honestly once you get top 5 and have info there’s just no point in not soft selling every week, all you need is one green and about 4/5 red Xs and you can figure it out by process of elimination. You do it right and you can have a whole 35 recruiting class before early signing day. One weekend i signed 10 recruits simply off of schollys and hard sells as soon as they hit Top 5

As someone who has rebuilt uconn and army into 5 star programs this method doesnt work for small schools. How o dod it was focus on only 3 star recruits for the forst two seasons woth the very rare 4 star that had top 10 interest right off the bat. After 2 seasons with bowl wins not the championship just bowl games i began having at 4 star recruits showing interest and was able to fight for 1 to 3 five star recruits till now where i can get almost any 5 star i want which is the time i start a new re build mission accomplished

I've actually dumbed mine down a little bit to make it actually fun. I was year 3 and stopped having fun was too easy. Restarted only going after gems. And have to find 30 gems before I can start recruiting. This video is missing some very key points. after week 0 (when you can start recruiting) if a 5 star or high 4 star has zero interest after offering a scholly, just remove him from your board. If top schools have gained interest there’s basically zero shot.
