Living here on the Canary Islands means sadly only found 1 place for this treatment... Which is in a Private Hospital So guess the costing is far too high as no-one else has opened a clinic...So they have the Monopoly on this treatment..Hope someone else starts this treatment.. ASAP..Here on the Canary Islands.

Actually there are no answers given… Just talking around the topic… Rules of thumb: Standard is a protocol of 5 times a week, at least 30 sessions. Three oxygen blocks of 20 minutes with 2 pauzes of 5 minutes… Deflate after 10 minutes in the last oxygen block… Keep your mask on during the deflation… Professional centers use 2.4 ATA… But also results are reached with 1.3 ATA. I use 2.0 ATA got the same results as at 2.4 ATA… Use an oxygen concentrator delevering sufficient oxygen; e.g. for 1.3 ATA 1.3 times 6 to 8 liters at sea level = 8-10 liters at 1.3 ATA… So a 10 liters oxygen generator will be sufficient. For a 2.0 ATA you meed a (2 x 6 to 8 is 12-16 liters per minute oxygen concentrator… So a 20 liter oxygen concentrator will be sufficient… See the YT of dr. Jason Sonners for more detail…. i’m battling long Covid and I believe deal with the last one that you had spoke of what is a good start to set the oxygen concentrator to I have a 10 mL oxygen concentrator. I’ve been using it right at four, but I feel I have to go slower. I have a 1.3 soft chamber thank you so much. I’m thinking about doing every other day some days. The fatigues are worse than what I’m dealing with.

According to Boyles law you better put the oxygen concentrator at 1.3 times 6-8 liter air at sealevel -> 8 to 10 liters at 1.3 ATA - > Put the oxygen concentrator at 10 liters per minute and use a non-rebreather mask (with a bag)…

HBOT is a supportive, aka adjunctive therapy in anti-phospholipid syndrome. HBOT is anti-inflammatory and it "calms down' and helps regulate immune system. For protocols you would need to contact your practitioner (if you don't have one, send us an email [e-mail]) to create a personalised HBOT treatment plan that will maximise your chances of recovery.many people can have the same health condition, but everyone will present it differently and therefore will require a personalised treatment protocol

Hi, I am planning to go to 1.5 atmospheric pressure chamber with 97% oxygen. I want help with tendon recovery and increasing my longevity. I don't have any medical condition and am an athlete, currently have a bit of issue with overloaded achilles tendon. What is the protocol you'd recommend?

HBOT results in neuroregeneration and neuroplasticity, as well as deceased inflammation and stem cell release and mobilisation. That's why it is used with great success in neurological and neurodevelopment disorders
