The 4 divine helms actually have a hidden bonus of guardian resistance. I tested how many hearts of damage I took from a guardian blast with the ancient helm and one of the divine helms. I took the exact same amount of damage.

So if you were a spead runner it will work out although theh will get to the same target, just before.

What each helm does is kind of lame, it would've been much cooler if the vah ruta helm allowed you to go under water, the vah rudania helm allowed you to swim in lava, or not be damaged by explosions or fire, the vah medoh helm allowed you to fly for 30 seconds, not just glide, and the vah naboris helm allowed you to restore health by getting struck by lightning, or be immune to any electrical attack, or to control lighting itself. It would even be cool if the guardian helm allowed you to shoot a laser from your eye. So many missed opportunities :(

BlueTony680. EXACTLY! You already have a ton of things to get the buffs they give you. You can use armor, dishes, jewelry (Gerudo Town), and other stuff. I agree, they definitely could’ve increased the usefulness of the helms.

I haven't gotten to that point yet either. I've got about 500 regular arrows and about 300 of all the other types with the exception of ancient arrows. lol I've got a little over 200 hours into the game and I've finished the main story as well as the shrines. in retrospect I wish I had taken my time with it a little more. I'm enjoying exploring but I've done all the side quests and everything

Btw when the helm are fully upgraded and u have the gear fully upgraded it gives u max defense which is the 80 something so it doesn’t matter about the 1 less guardian resistance it does the same thing but better because the divine helms give a extra bonus the heat, cold and shock resistance oh and the swim speed up.

Um... none of those are the Champion's Weapons. They're what you need to MAKE new ones when they break.The Champion's Weapons are Scimitar of the Seven, Boulder Breaker, Lightscale Trident, and Great Eagle Bow

No, you can't turn those into Champions weapons... If you want a Great Eagle Bow you need a Swallow Bow, not a Falcon Bow (the one that the Revali amiibo gives you). To make a Boulder Breaker, you need a Cobble Crusher, not a Stone Smasher, and so forth for all the weapons that the amiibo give you.

LightDragonTV The champions weapons, like all other amiibo, are very likely rare drops. I wouldn't be surprised if you get several helmets before it actually drops a champions weapon. Especially if it actually gives weapon bonuses to chamions weapons, which you can't get normally.

It might have been cooler if the Divine Beast Helms didn’t have those super simple abilitie thingies but instead had a special ability thing and it would be the only piece of gear with that ability thing. Guardian skywatchers seem to drop some cores half the time. Turrets ate mainly gears. I got a giant core from a turret, and right after 3 cores and 1 giant core from a skywatcher. 1 time a turret dropped 2 things and 5 more appeared right above Link after he picked them up.

The weapon drops are simplified versions of the Champion's weapons. When mixed with a Diamond, they become the actual weapons.

you don't need acient resistance... when fully upgraded it actually had enougth defence to make a guardian beam do minimum damage even before any resistance is applied. Actualy due to the explosion the beam causes it actually more efficient to fight a guardian with a fully upgraded flame breaker set instead.
