This is brilliant! Plus I finally figured out how to choose the dinosaur skins that the automated hatcheries produce! You need to first favourite the skins & then select randomise favourite skins & patterns. Others have probably (definitely) figured this out by now but I'm celebrating small victories 😂

I've gotten it to work 95% of the time. Actually posted kinda how to do it on one EVOs Twitter posts. It works for dinosaur traits as well, not just skins. The skins have to be favorites, and randomized favorites. But while in the screen to create a dinosaur, without creating one and just modifying traits/skins....the dinos won't show that they have certain negative or even positive traits. Had some weird stuff happen on Site B, but while doing a JP San Diego, made the far end a pseudo Isla Sorna, with JP Gallimimus and Para skins, Buck and Doe Rex's and both Lost World Velociraptor skins, I nerfed the carnivores and severely buffed the herbivores, and even tho it doesn't show that the carnivores are weak or unfit, and being in a rather small area with "plenty of food" had one raptor starve to death, even just trying to chase down Gallimimus. Rex's weren't doing well hunting either. Helps create a more balanced ecosystem if done correctly. Weaker carnivores would die from not catching food, stronger herbivores would survive other attacks. Maybe only make 50% chance of positive stats for herbivores and 50% or 75% chance of negative stats for carnivores. I'm still doing testing and experimenting, but I love this path/gate usage. I feel like, although it's a glitch, it should be something that should be actively in the game.

On my JP San Diego, I've had 100% accuracy with the skins. Any time you might dink around with the skins in a different hatchery, all goes out the window, which is what I noticed on my Isla Sorna Site B. Even looking at other patterns I ended up with a bunch of random Velociraptors instead of the Lost World. I intend on doing more research into how the trait modifications impact the dinosaurs. But strictly from observations, if nerfed, carnivores have less luck hunting and buffed herbivores have had few deaths. I think it's weird it doesn't reflect in the traits when you look at the specific dinosaur, but this is where I need to create a research park and see if the stats visually change or if it's changed in game and doesn't actually reflect on the dinosaur stats. Literally makes no sense otherwise why three rex's are having trouble getting a Para or Galli for lunch and starving to death when they're in a pretty enclosed area, not many places to run or hide.

This looks nice also I posted a little tutorial on reddit to get the monorail through the aviary and discovered it kind-of does the same thing as here with other buildings. The park tour wich normally wouldn't be able to be on top or underneath the lagoon suddenly can. The Amphitheater can also be placed on top of the tour that way

I've seen the thing you posted to get the monorail through the aviary, unfortunately it's not any different from how I managed to do it: which gets the monorail through only one dome. That's such a short period for the train to be inside the aviary, that I consider it kinda useless

At this point, it’s proven to work even without it needing extra coding as an actual gate to keep visitors out of areas, the might aswell add Path Gates. JP+JW Gates, the normal gates, the tour gates reused for the paths as they can work and the JP Classic Gates.

Just started a jp era park with a tour to take guests from the arrival point to the park, would be fun to try and use this. plus I've been craving a way to keep guests away from the control hubs of my parks for ages, this is a great way of doing that until frontier gives me a way of doing it with a special path or something 😂

I just thought of a dlc we need. So the name should be: prehistoric flying spieces pack. This pack will contain: Archaeopteryx,Hatzegopteryx, Ramphorynchus and finally santanadactylus. The free update should give our flyers walking and social animations, new aviary decorations and alsowe could make bigger aviaries. Ramphorynchus, Archaeopteryx and dimorphodon should be able to eat from the incectivor feeder. I think this dlc is doable and matches the dlcs frontier has made. Btw very cool video!
