Please elaborate. Do you not sanitize your glassware in the 3rd sani sink? If so, how do you rinse the sani out? Or do you use a sanitizing dishwasher? If so, would it not be better to chill/rinse the glass with a rinser before pouring?

You had the problem I have, and didn't address it. That secondary small stream coming from the main flow from out of the can always runs down the can for me, causing a mess. any suggestions to mitigate this?

Thank you! 2:50 this is what I’m talking about for the love of god anyone who’s seen Jon taffer’s demonstration on this please do not drink his kool-aid. Taffer says to pour it fast resulting in half the glass being foam, I’m still not sure if he was serious or just fucking with everybody but I have seen other videos of clowns saying the same as Taffer. Thank you sir for not being one of his followers

My dad needs to watch this, I’ve never seen a man so shite at pouring beer. He either has a pint full of foam or a pint with no head whatsoever.

If is supposed to be pour why they carbonated in the first place
@yaomingyungsun2 жыл бұрын
The carbonation is a result of the alcohol fermentation. the bacteria eats the sugar from the grains, gets happy, and releases the gas.

It kills me inside when people dedicate a whole youtube channel into beer reviews and they just dump the beer straight in without tilting the glass. Edit: thanks for teaching the noobs.
@Leo-lc7ql4 жыл бұрын
ALWAYS open the tap first without a glass under it to remove any foam. Then tap the beer in the glass at a 45° angle and slowly bring your glass right when the glass is almost full. ALWAYS Let the glass overfill!!! And remove the head with a knife so you have a 3cm head. Thats how we real men pour Stella Artois, a non-American beer that needs tradition and respect to pour.
