And lady, when you apologized for your makeup skills...after i watch you and saw your end result, I said "gurl you betta sit yourseff down"! You got mad makeup skills! You and your locs are simply GORGEOUS! I am 11 months into my microloc journey. Roads been a little bumpy lately as i see the transition happening and some locs have a mind of their own and are maturing different than I expected... just like having 197 individual childen on my head. 😝 Some behaving beautifully, some a little unruly. Anyway, loving the journey. And i agree with your comments about cleanliness and locs. Wash days with my loose natural were the epitome of brutality! The fight... whooo weee. I put off washing as long as i could. Sometimes I went two months without washing. Now with locs, I wash way more often and you simply cannot beat the "wash n go" with locs. Beautiful locs and love this style. What kind of parting system do you have? I thought I wanted diamond, but now I'm thinking square might be easier to self maintain

Thank you! ❤️ My loctian actually gave me “ half-moon” or “c-shaped” parting. She chose this parting because it gives a natural fall to the locs regardless of what size they are. This parting system is especially great for women because the locs will fall in a way that frames the face.
