Yep after one hour doing Zek groups, I learned of the fishing way and got it in 10 minutes starting from 0 Khaz Algar fishing.

Well, I went from 10 fishing to like 60 skill, and still haven’t gotten it, so you low cast people are lucky. But since it’s close to the boss you can kinda do both at the same time.

4 hours 3 parts of rune key, still 4 to go. you can get octopus key from fishing.
