@@charanjitsinghsingh7 Thanks a lot ji. It must be available but I am not sure about complimentary service as HdFC has stopped this service. You can always ask for meet and greet service right at the Airport gate. At a nominal price they will assist you and give you VIP treatment.

As far as I know it is not available for add on card. But the main card holder can avail the facility for their accompanying guests as well but they need to travel together

@@yuvrajrathore95 i think hdfc devalued this option but you can still book it via www.extraordinaryweekends.com if you have axis card. You can also go to the airport and look for a person with tags and can ask them if they have airport assistance service. It will be bit expensive but definitely worth it.
