When using the email method, is there any way to "map" the contents of the email to the Ticket Details? For example, when the ticket is created, the Contact Name just automatically pulls everything left of the @ symbol in the email address. This creates dirty data in Zoho CRM, which we have mapped. The incoming email contains the actual First and Last names of the contact, along with other relevant ticket information. Being able to extract this info directly into the ticket details would save our agent a lot of time cleaning up CRM data.

Does Zoho Desk truncate the credit card number to follow PCI compliance?
@Zenatta3 жыл бұрын
Yes. It is PCI compliant. CC info is stored with you processor.

Hey, I just confirmed with Zoho, Zoho Desk is not PCI compliant. Maybe the CRM is.
@brettmartin62463 жыл бұрын
@@iambasil I guess Desk is technically not. But the CC info should not be written to Desk, but live with your processor. Make sense?
