this isnt counter strafing, counter strafing is stopping your movement completely by hitting the opposite movememt key

Okay, i need some help: Some people say pressing opposite strafing kbind makes you stop faster than just releasing the active strsfing button, which isnt counter-strafing (ive heard this phrase 1000 times already, damn), but some top10 players say there ia no difference while other radiant pro mofos say you better learn pressing 2 strafe buttons to stop strafing because blah blah velocity blah blah 100ms faster. What's your opinion? Personally, i just release strafing button to stop and it works fine but im confused by lots of pros having opposite vision of .

a lot of it comes from the fact that most of the pros come from counter strike. probably helps in their head if they act like they’re counter strafing. at the end of the day do what you like with it

Guys I have a problem when I play death match I can’t miss a headshot but when I play competitive I can’t hit a single target. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem

It’s called ranked anxiety. In death match you have really nothing to worry about because they are no stakes all you have to worry about is your aim, but in actual competitive play they are a lot of things that might make you worry like how much rr you have your team comp making sure u peak this right and much more factors which can make you nervous or overwhelmed. you’re gonna start rushing shoots which for how fast you are you sacrifice accuracy, in valorant accuracy is very important hens why in comp you’re probably a body shot demon/ whiff machine. How you can combat this is by slowing down give yourself some time to think try not to get as tilted play with a purpose (or make an alt and play on that and switch between alt and main) mb for any typos
